tremendous ny-style pizza. thin crust, good cheese coverage, nice sweetsauce(not a lot of oregano, if you are into that kind of thing). owner is an artist when it comes to the pie and customer service; if he ain't there ain't no pizza.

the best pizza in kansas city. i just had this amazing pizza for the first time. as another reviewer stated the crust is both chewy and crispy, maybe the best i have ever had. the toppings, thesauceand the cheese were perfect as well. it is excellent!

great pizza!. great pizza by the slice or as a whole pie. friendly service as well. i would definitely recommend this walk-in spot to anyone. the dough andsauceare made in house and the ingredients are always fresh. in a city full of good pizza this place stands out.

best since new york. i have lived here for 22 years...born and raised in brooklyn, new york. i agree with another reviewer that stated this pizza is a dead ringer for a new york pie. it is the best i've tasted since my last slice in new york. fresh dough, fresh mozzarella, greatsauce.......just love it!

johnny jo's - best pizza in kc. anyone in kc needs to try this place...best pizza in the area by far. the owner john milone is always there to make sure that every pizza is made to perfection. crust is crispy yet chewy, the cheese taste like its fresh from the cow, thesauceis homeade with fresh tomatoes....from what i heard during my visit thesauceis old family recipe that dates back to italy. you couldn't ask for a better pizza for the price. i was ther the other day and had the weds special of strombolli, salad, and a drink for $10. wow! for anyone visiting kc, this is must.
