they act like they are doing you a favor by letting them buy from you. the only reason peopleorderfrom this place is because they tend to have decent pizzas. every single time i've ordered from this place, the delivery time has been over 1 hour and 15 minutes and i've just accepted this with a grain of salt. whats not acceptable though is that when you call them 1hour 45 minutes later and they put you on hold for another 5 minutes and tell you theorderwas dispatched few minutes ago. you know that is a lie. they will not start preparing your pizza because they earlier forgot to because they have a messed upordermanagement system. i've wanted to put up a review for years but honestly every time i thought about it i've just been exhausted from waiting. they are literally 2.5 kms from my place. distance can not be an excuse. even in the worst case scenario the travel time cannot be more than 25 mins. really disappointing.

on a side note, one of my friends orders from that place twice a week or more and his orders are delivered within 20-25 mins at best. his house is roughly the same distance as mine. messed up business policies

we regularlyorderfrom joey's howev today their pizza was not upto the usual standard.what was more disappointing than the food was when i called to inform them regarding the same there was no apology from them.also during our conversation when the phone line got disconnected there was no attempt from joey's to connect again and their number was constantly busy when i tried to call . hoping this is an isolated case .

good pizza. but frustrating service. called for a pick-uporderat 6:01. would be ready in 25 min. 6:50 and still waiting. two young children in the kitchen.... too many distractions to be on time.

been there several times. every time i've had an issue. first burnt pizza, dinning in for lunch to get a slice the stupid girl forgot to turnorderin. what should have been 5 minutes turned into 30. i wish they would hire competent people. really like their food. but come on.

this outlet of joey's pizza is located in azad nagar, andheri west, mumbai.
few days back me and my friends had gone to this outlet of joey's pizza to takeaway. we ordered,
butter chicken pizza.
chicken delight.
chicken tikka.
cheesy sticks.
cheese garlic bread.
choco lava cake.

the taste of the pizza was delightful. the packaging of the pizza was tamper proof. the price were also decent according to the quality and the quantity of the pizza. it was totally worth.

highly recommend toorderfrom this outlet of joey's pizza.

as dine in was not allowed, placedorderon phone and went to pick up pizzas. paneer makhani, butter chicken, tornado and bbq chicken pizzas. all four pizzas were heavily loaded and great in taste! crust is really good.. not a crumb is wasted.. could have given more than 5 stars!!!

amazing pizzas and equally pathetic customer experience. very rude staff at the take away counter. they think they are giving pizzas for free or are the only pizza store open in mumbai. once you place theorderand the personnel repeats to confirm the order, if you change anything, he gets irritated. but again, amazing piping hot pizzas.

i've been ordering joey's since many years now. but it felt the need of the hour to post this delivery review for them, today.

amid the current situation many of us have been hesitant toorderfood from out. no surprises, even i have been. last month i gave in to my cravings and called up joey's and ordered my usual half&half - schezwan chicken and chicken hot pizza.

the quality remains the same as it has always been, just that now i didn't have to wait to get through them and the delivery was made within 30 minutes. all precautions is been taken by their team.

i again ordered last night from them & have been more than satisfied with the delivery.
please don't hesitate toorderfrom joey's and i say it since i had a safe experience with them in this lockdown.

tasted joeys for the first time..the toppings are delicious and generous. for taste id give 5/5 star

excellent pizza. i went here while waiting for a largeorderat the chinese food place next door. (don't judge me!) it was exceptionally good. i had the cheese pizza with white sauce by the slice. my cohort had peperoni. they were both excellent. they put the slices in the oven to get them crisp and hot. they came out perfect, lots of garlic on mine, and the sauces on both were very flavorful. i got both huge slices and a drink for 8 bucks. great deal. i'm glad i stopped in. the service could have been a little more courteous, but it was good enough.

new favorite place. finally tried joey's pizza after living a block away for 3 months. the first time the pizza was really good. we ordered the italian stallion. we decided we wouldorderanother pizza a week later and it blew us away even more. we tried the garlic knot pizza and everything was amazing. the crust is perfect and has an great flavor. you can tell their ingredients are fresh. the italian sausage and pepperoni tastes like its cut from a stick not from a bag. hands down our new favorite pizza place!

in a word... awesome. it was my wife's birthday and we had heard about joey's at church so we went. they let me call ahead and place ourorderbefore we got there (which was sweet considering we have a 10 month old and didn't want to wait). i always love independent non chain restaurants and haven't had luck finding one on the north side of the springs let alone a pizza place. the staff was incredibly friendly the food was unbelievably good and they sell individual slices!!! we ordered an 18" fugedabodit and some cheese garlic bread and loved it. when they brought it out it was hot and they even offered to slice a piece up into small squares for the baby (which i let them do) and she loved it too.

when choosing to go here don't be scared by the independent factor, just take the plunge and try something new i promise you'll enjoy it.

also someone commented on the decor and people not being what they are on the site... they are exactly the same, the graffiti is on a wall in the back and the guy in the picture was the one who served us the pizza.
