most of the reviews on yelp have something to so with either a long wait time or some kind of comment on feeling ignored. i have never personally had a problem with this but can see how a customer wouldfeelthat way. i think most people are mistaking the employees relaxed attitude and concern with not making the customers not want tofeelrushed in and out of there as bad customer service. i hate when i go into places andfeellike the staff just want me to order and get the hell out. if you're expecting to jog in and jog out, this probably isn't your kind of spot. this also kind of depends on the time of day you go. if it's after 5pm, expect to wait- especially on first or third friday. mornings are usually faster paced, but still they're not going to hurry you into making a decision or even paying quickly. the crepes are good, and i hear now you can get any of the ingredients in three soft tacos or on a salad. the coffee/espresso is a cartel custom roast, rich and creamy. bottom line, it's a great little addition to downtown.
