went again for my birthday recently and was absolutely amazing. sat at the sushi bar and chefs were great. the spanish mackerel is verygoodbut only available on weekends. also was given complimentary tempura cheesecake for my big day. best sushi north of dallas in my opinion. 3 thumbs up

awesome sushi if that is what u are looking for. the tropical salmon roll is my favorite. the tower is also very good. you should try the quail egg if you have never had some before. the egg is served in a half of a lemon with masago, ponzu, and a touch of siracha. very friendly sushi chefs that always take verygoodcare of you.

i wouldn't go there again if they paid me. my wife, i and two friends went to jihbeh in frisco on friday for lunch. the food was prettygood- bento boxes and chirashi. however, when we received our bill - which we split between the couples, ours appeared to be too high. we inquired with the waitress and she assured us that the chirashi price was correct. they overchared us and when we called, they replied that the prices varies by the chef. the price stated on their lunch menu is around $16.00. they charged us $23.00 per person! this is the second time that this restaurant has shafted us. there will not be a third time. i wouldn't give this place one star.

hibachi+sushi. jinbeh is pretty solid for a hibachi and sushi restaurant. it's a great atmosphere for groups and special occasions. the food is prepared in front of you, it's fun to watch, and the chefs are entertaining. the food has always beengoodand they are prettygoodabout any special requests that you might make.

one of my favs. we go here and go for sushi and sit at the sushi bar. the sushi chef sam is great. our favorite is when they have spanish mackerel. the service here is verygoodand they have a habatchi grill here as well that my daughter likes to order from.

the sushi is alwaysgoodand the atmosphere is also pleasant.

enjoyable. jinbeh isgoodoriental cuisine, and the meal is enhanced by the meal being prepared tableside and the warm, hustling staff. the chicken teriyaki isgoodstuff, and complemented with salad, soup, rice and vegetables which will not have you leaving hungry ($13.50). chicken fried rice is tasty, and as its own meal (not as a side dish for a full dinner) is $5.75. the chefs tableside are friendly, humorous and entertaining.

i love jimbeh, and personally i believe it is a better japanese steakhouse then oishi across town in west lewisville. they do a neat volcano trick, stacking onions up into a mountainous shape, then lighting it on fire. it's agoodexperience to have. the food is pricey but you get what you pay for, quality japanese food.

the best sushi and hibachi in dallas. the best quality and the best tasting japanese food i've had in a while. the appetizers and the rolls are very creative. there just isn't enoughgoodthings to say about this place.
