as long as i've been traveling tosanantonio, i've never been to jim's. i normally play it safe with denny's or ihop. after my visit to jim's tonight, i don't see any reason to go to either of those places if i'm insanantonio. my go to dish at denny's is eggs over my hammy. so, i tried the cowboy breakfast sandwich for comparison. this was a solid choice, although i will remember to add cheese next time. i also had a side of biscuits and gravy that was tasty. nothing fancy here, just diner food. but, it hit the spot and i will return.
