dido on thathappyhour issue. they even had a coupon that was clear as mud (since discontinued). the management does not seem to have much patience or faith in "discount" offers. they tried "restaurant.com" for a very short period too.
but, hey, i still like their pho and atmosphere. (and, actually, pho prices are lower than a nearest vietnamese restaurant.) but, the service has definately declined. an older, control freak of a waitress seems to dominate, but she does not have the patience or friendliness to truly satisfy.

great issaquah area pho. jenny serves great pho for a reasonable price (slightly better than their closest competitor on gillman blvd). while i have not tried many other entrees, their appetizers are excellent, vermicelli bowls are good, not realhappywith yellow egg & wonton soups. have not tried their rice dishes, but their aromas are promising.
service is always fast, courteous and very friendly. when i have a pho craving that needs to be satisfied quickly, jenny always satisfies!
