so we went to this restaurant with a reservation and they didn't had the booking. we were standing at the reception for 15 minutes and there were 3staffat the reception and all of them were busy assisting just 1 guest. then when i asked them can you help us? they gave us the last table near the door and just left. the behavior was so rude that we didn't even eat the food and we left. we went there for iftaar and felt highly disappointed. never visiting this place ever.

do not understand what the use of having mailbox enabled when they do not know how to maintain the same. tried calling more than 1 hr no one attends calls. even visited the placestaffis not even courteous that we came for iftar they said we do not place but was arrogant!

we had a great experience recently at this restaurant located in mankhool. thestaffwas courteous and welcoming. the food was delicious.. must try their dum biryani and mocktails. malai boti and kulfi were also amazing.

overall my experience was average as few points in must share -: 1. as per the name of the restaurant which means its a mughlai restaurant their options in menu was not great ,i didnt find anything related to mughali cusine its was a mix of punjabi , fusion and fewthey added keralite food . 2. there look of menu card was royalish which i liked but the menu options were disappointing. 3. ambiance was too flashy which i personally didn’t liked. 4.staffwas very humble and courteous.

tried this place last sunday. ambience was good but food was average we tried their drinks amazonia and nariyal delight which didn’t meet our expectations, however their presentation was good. for starters we tried murgh afghani which was quite ok and jhinga was good. we asked thestafffor suggestion for main course but they looked blank. the manager was busy attending an european group and was overly engrossed in them to see or attend other guests. finally we ended up ordering kozhi ulathriyatu with naan for main course which had no to little gravy so seemed like we are eating another starter. won’t visit again for sure

this new place jehangirs really won our hearts. held our daughter’s 1st bday party here. very beautiful, colorful and vibrant place. amazing ambience and bespoke interiors. rose lemonade welcome drink was really very refreshing and right from starters to desserts everything was top notch. special kudos to mr. swapnil and entirestaffbeing courteous, knowledgeable and making our event extra special. we truly had a royal experience at absolutely affordable prices. we would definitely visit here again and try other varieties too , and i am sure our guests would also do the same..

we visited yesterday night, but its our very bad experience bcozstaffhospitality is very bad, we order something add on butstaffdidn't bring our order and he didn't response on our order.
food test is also not that much good as they have name and ambience.
over all we had very bad experience, might ita our bad luck we choose wrong restaurant. 055 2847644

this new place in mankhool really won our hearts, went with family for dinner and you really feel royal at this grand place , we ordered momos n chaat along with salad n daal makhni n chicken , everything was very nice especially the co operativestaff, special thanks to shruti n our server surender who did a great job, would love to visit again soon.

wow! the food is really good. beautiful interior with a classic mughal time & modern touch.staffsurendra, govind, suyog, maze were very welcoming with sweet smiles and service. one of thestafffrom nepal sang a very beautiful bday song with a guitar, made us feel so special. thanks to him and all! recommended to celebrate your occasion!! it's an amazing restaurant 😍
