jeeran - جيران

visited this restaurant for dinner during the weekend, found it to be pretty silent, place is very neat and cozy!
ups- good food,niceambiance, friendly staff.
downs- not all dishes in the menu available at all times.

excellent shami traditional food, veryniceatmosphere, excellent service ... love the baked bread and more the hommos with meat, tried most of the traditional plates and they are delicious.

first impressions, the place had aniceatmosphere with a lot of natural lightning. staff was friendly and welcoming. we ordered:

-pizza 4/5
-shawarma 3/5

the pottery was nicely presented and delicious. however the pizza was a little underdone and tasted doughy while the shawarma was a little overdone and on the dry side.
it's aniceplace, i would love to go for breakfast and try some of their fresh oven selection.

we had breakfast here and really enjoyed it, the egg & cheese pie and the cream & honey were yum yum yum!! portions are big, the staff wasniceand the food was brought quite fast. the pineapple & kiwi cocktails were sooo refreshing.

yesterday we went to have our lunch there.
first we were really excited to go and try their palestinian dishes. mainly we wanted the "qedre in fukhar" since it was recommended by a friend. when we got there, they told us there's no more qedre left for the day! we were very disappointed. then we asked to have the "msakhan", again! it was finished.
i say when anyone planning to go have lunch/ dinner there you better call them ahead of time to check what's on the menu!

for what we ordered:
- jarjeer salad
the salad was yummy, the traditional palestinian salad.
- lahme baajin (jeeran's oven).
it was yummy the meat taste good. and the spices were perfect.
- jeeran pottery
that was good too, and presented nicely. it's more than enough for two to share it.

we would like to come back again for breakfast, they havenicevarieties to try out.

the mansaf was good, jeeran pottery as well. too bad i couldn't try the kedra as it was over. but the kifta tahini is to die for. really its soo good. decoration isniceand the service is outstanding. the restaurant owner (i guess) goes around tables talks to everyone and makes sure everything is fine.
