we really love the food here! it gives a great feel of home cooking. super delicious, generous portions and really fresh. we tried almost everything on the menu. the mansaf is good. shawrma is simple and tasty. i also tried the vine leaves stuffed with kofta. the kofta was so juicy and yummy, but the whole concept was a fail to me because the vine leaves were undercooked so they tasted leafy and chewy. the fattah is amazing! falafel sandwiches are huge and very tasty. i highly recommend the kaftah with tahini (minced meat backed with tahini sauce).
i especially love their salads!! great place to order a salad that has several types of veggies and is served in a huge bowl! for me, eating a bowl of their salad only will leave me stuffed. try the salad with tomato, onion and tahini! it goes great with meat or fish dishes and it is so different from regular salad.
staff don't know what they are doing and they usually seem restless or sad. maybe overloaded?
the seating upstairs isn't comfortable and the layout is weird (they have a step in which you go on a higher platform. i tripped on it several times, so be carful). seating in the ground floor is comfy but can get cramped.
