excellent food and service.

we were in manchester for the bank holiday weekend and called here on spec on saturday evening. the manager asked if we had tried lebanese food before and explained some of the similarities with other mediterranean cuisines. he took some time explaining the menu and made some suggestions. we started with the mixed mezze platter and had the chicken mix and lamb mix kebab for the mains. side orders included greek salad and homemade bread. everything was delicious and the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. we had a really lovely evening and will definitely go back the next time we are in manchester.

takeout chinese at gourmet prices. the ambiance is great. the food is the equivalent of what you'd find at a neighborhood take out, not dine in, restaurant. go anywhere rose at belkagio

cafe bellagio. food was so-so. i can eat them but really not delicious. our crab cake was burned and it wasn't good at all. my husband was disappointed because his crab salad tasted just like crab cake except not cooked. pot sticker tasted weird, tiramisu

food is well prepared but not exceptional or to remember. service is poorly to say the least. whatever we need we have to follow the waiters and have the luck that they come near to stop them. overall overpriced and a place to not comeback.

we went to the jasmine lunar new year dim sum lunch (which only happens for two weeks out of the year). it was a great experience for all of us. we were fortunate they were able to accommodate five of us without reservations. the staff was great. from the hostess, to the wait staff, to the servers at the food stations, everyone was friendly and eager to be of assistance. our table host was always nearby if we wanted something. our pot of jasmine hot tea never got close to empty. the environment was great as well. it was a formally festive atmosphere, and the woman playing the "guzheng" really set a wonderful tone with her music. my spouse/in-laws are asian and really wanted to come here. no one went home hungry or disappointed. there was an almost endless variety in the dim sum type buffet. i was pleasantly surprised to see a meat carving station with prime rib. of the items i chose, i was not disappointed. the rest of the family, being a bit more adventurous than myself, were delighted with the options we don't normally see. this is an event we plan to enjoy again next year.. and we'll be sure to make reservations this time.

visited here as we were walking past and noticed the fabulous menu. this is a really lovely restaurant with great, friendly and helpful staff. the food was absolutely amazing. the starters were served with home made bread which was delicious and difficult to stop eating. the mains were absolutely fantastic. so glad to have found this place, we definitely visit again.

another wonderful flavoursome meal.

the bread is so nice here to go with the dips with the mouhamara being my favourite but they all taste good.for the main i had a shish kebab which was flavoured really well and came with the nicest chilli sauce i’ve ever had! one if the fellow dinners had the dawood basha which was really nice too and don’t forget you bring your own alcohol but they do sell soft drinks. this in my opinion is the best egyptian/lebanese restaurant in manchester by far!

where to start! my entire jasmine experience was very unpleasant. we chose this restaurant as were looking for cantonese food and this popped up on many of our search results. so we went ahead and made a reservation. even though we had a reservation, when we actually showed up, we were made to wait for a good few minutes before we got to our table. one look at the menu and we realized this place is way expensive than the other restaurants in the resort with much lesser variety. we went ahead and placed an order for dim sum basket and wok fried udon noodles. the basket cost us $28 but came with only 3 dumplings of 3 kinds - like how does one have 3 dumplings between 2 people. lol! we anyway had half of each dumpling and moved on with our shock. a dim sum platter from lemongrass which is around the same price comes with a handsome 15-16 dim sums and tasted much better. anyway, the udon noodles was quite good and the quantity was good too. in between, a lady with a camera came over and offered to click us a picture. thinking this probably s complimentary for all guests, we agreed, little did we know what we were getting into. so she makes us do a couple of standard poses and then we realize that this probably is not complimentary. so we let our hostess know that we are not interested in the pictures but her response is that we have to let her know ourselves - weird!! you have allowed her to entertain your guests and you cannot even inform her. we did not see her for the rest of our dinner, so we assumed she had been informed. we then tried to put the bill on our room number at the mgm and they were unable to do so. they did not even try to resolve the issue and we had to pay at the restaurant thereby losing all those precious points. we left the restaurant quite annoyed at the lack of good customer service and started playing the slots nearby and this lady who took our photograph finds us in all this crowd to show us our pictures, we found this very creepy and strange that the staff did not inform her even after we left. and how the heck did she find us!
anyway, all in all, never going back to this place again - neither for the food nor for the experience.

floating island – soft meringue, rice custard, crispy rice, jasmine pearls, chocolate shell, warm caramel. in a city blessed by one of the most underregarded chinatowns in america locals are, perhaps appropriately, rare to consider las vegas boulevard asian eateries for a special occasion meal, but previously having only visited jasmine for the now-discontinued fountains brunch a recent look spurred by the year of the monkey celebration proved that the oft-overlooked destination for foreign tourists remains worthy of its reputation while elevated prices are largely justified by an unmatched view, exotic ingredients and the sort of service befitting clientele with net-worth not infrequently in the millions.

what i love about this restaurant is how elegant the decor is! this, you cannot deny. secondly, you have a beautiful view of the fountains when you eat there at night
