i love this place! small and simple. their breakfast tacos are really good and reasonably priced. it's my go to for breakfast. not fancy but their prices reflect that. good mexican.

i called to place an order when i asked if they deliver, he said no and hung up on me. my next words would have been ok, i'll pick it up. reviews say great food but don't take it for granted, service counts more than you know. i'm sticking with tres casas - good food and good service. we're in texas people, tacos are a dime a dozen. don't hang up on your customers or you'll be out of business selling tacos from your car.

very poor customer service. this review is solely based on the customer service. i called to order some tacos for pick up. i have no idea who answered (i wish i got his name) because they didn't identified themselves. i was placing my order of 12 tacos, asking for 8 with no cilantro. he rudely interrupted and with an attitude told me, "why don't you just tell me which ones you want plain and which ones you want with everything." i proceeded with my order as he asked. he repeated my order back and i said yes it correct, he then said "ok, bye" and hung up. didn't give me a chance to ask for the amount due or if he needed the name of the person who would pick up the order. everything was so fast and i understand if they are busy but that gives no excuse on how he presented himself over the phone. i have no idea how the tacos will taste and as a first time customer, i will not eat here again or recommend this place. you gain customers by being polite and friendly service whether the food is good or bad. first impressions are very important and this one was tasteless .

este commentario es sobre el servicio solamente. llame para perdir una order de comida para re recoger. no tengo idea quien me contesto por que nunca se presento (ojala hubiese tomado su nombre). estaba pidienndo mi orden de 12 tacos cuales 8 no queria con cilantro. el tipo groceramente me interrumpe y con una actidud me dijo, "por que no mejor me dices cuantos quieres sencillos y cuantos queires con todo. segui mi orden como el me lo pidio y al final de la llamada me repite mi orden, le menciono que esta correcta y me contesta con "ok, bye". ni me dio la oportunidad de pedir la cantidad devida, ni preguntarle si necesitaba el nombre de la persona quien recogia la comida. todo fue tan rapido y yo entiendo que esten ocupados pero eso no le da la escusa de como actuo por telefono. no se si la comida estara buena, y como una persona que iba tratar su comida por primera vez, no vuelvo a comerla y ni recomendar este lugar. el cliente se gana conser amable y con buenos modales, no importa si la comida este o no este buena. la primera imprecion es la que cuenta y a mi me dejo un sabor amargo.

good food and good service for years...then all of then sudden...... love this place but do not understand why they say they have sopes one of my favorite items also called gorditas on the menu and for years it did not matter what time of day that i came for one they graciously made me one or two now for some reason the wife has an attitude problem and always says they are out of them and refuses to make them but will proceed to make them for particular customers. i have eaten here for over 7 years and have spent a lot of many here as well as introduced many new comers to their food but if the owners wife does not stop being ugly and unfriendly i will very quickly stop sending people and spread the word not to eat there. the food is very good and you can always count on it. usually everyone is very friendly too. however the wife doesn't seem to appreciate her customers and is very ugly to regulars and even new comers. she doesn't seem to enjoy working and serving customers anymore and it shows.also limes use to be huge slices and available at the counter with the salsa and now they are cut into mini quarters and hidden too so you have to ask for them. very stingy!!!!! i use a minimum of 5 limes at every mexican restaurant i eat at without issue and as a matter of fact at rosa's and pappasita's i easily use 15 lime wedges to enjoy my food and drinks. if she feels the need to charge extra for them, she should. very unfriendly!!!!!

i was skeptical at first when we walked in but once i bit into my angelica burrito i was sold. the salsa is great. if you are not familiar with authentic mexican food you might think the salsa is watery, but if you have spent any time in so cal you will appreciate it. bring your own dos xx or buy it next door. a great deal and tastes great.

great mexican food. i don't like tex mex, so it's hard for me to find a good mexican place in texas, because most that say they have mexican food, are really tex mex or watered down american mexican.
i like a place where i can order in spanish and get comida mexicana. i normally go for the small tacos and get 4 or 5. my kids like the sopes and the taquitos. plus 4 different kinds of salsa and jalapenos, too.
it's great for gringos, too. fabulous fajitas! and when they have the burrito special, bring a friend because they are huge.

my favorite tacos. i love the tacos at this little place. they are the most authentic mexican tacos i've had here in the states. the staff is always really friendly. the breakfast is good as well and my son loves the tortas. i just wish they had a bigger place.

i have never tried the tortas, but the breakfast tacos hit the spot each and every time. closest spot in keller to get breakfast tacos close to the ones i get in san antonio.
