service was great, good atmosphere. the family and i were looking for a breakfast spot in grapevine and everywhere was packed out and had long waits. we settled on jakes and we got seated immediately. our waitress was very fast and attentive and the food was awesome!greatpancakes and my little girl loved the cheese grits. i highly recommend it if you are visiting grapevine.

burger was ok. it would have beengreatif the menu would have told me that the atkins special doesn't come on bun. the menu clearly states all burgers come on bun. nothing special about this place. would rather eat at hop doddys for a burger.

we had a small wait, but service was excellent, drinks and food delivered promptly. food was good, but expect a greasy, messy burger. overall,greatplace to grab lunch and relax with family.
