maybe therestauranthas seen better days but our order was late and the fish we ordered was stale and didn’t taste okay. the drinks order came when we asked for the bill. the service can really be spruced up.

restaurant is closed but the staff refuses to admit it. we went there for the renowned chinese food, but therestaurantwas closed and we were redirected to anotherrestaurantat the hotel, which wasn't serving food at 5 pm. only round the clock menu was available which was 5 or 6 items maybe.

shouldn't they inform this right at the lobby before offering us the limited menu. we did not eat there ofcourse.

jade garden is arestaurantin hotel gem park. it's is a typical chineserestaurantwith decent food and wonderful ambiance. you would love this place for the spectacular view it gives from the out door dining tables. we order manchow soup, flat noodles, lamb curry and chocolate brownie. lamb curry was very good and also heard that fish is also good. it's a must try place in ooty.

had lunch over here, with cousins. the place has a wonderful ambience. this is arestaurantof hotel gem park, so the food is highly priced.
restaurants attached to resorts are expensive, so can't complain.
