maybe the restaurant has seen better days but our order was late and the fish we ordered was stale and didn’t taste okay. the drinks order came when we asked for the bill. the service can really be spruced up.

we went to gem park for our wedding anniversary candle light dinner at outdoor. it was beautifully done with all aromatic candles and colorful balloons. they really made our day more special with their arrangements & service. the cake was good. the food was super delicious. we loved everything about gempark. the ambience, rooms, nursery, ceaser etc., etc., would recommend to many. keep doing the best

what. fab find this was! a spectacular view, outside seating and excellent
chinese food. their head chef is from kolkata and the quality reflects his experience. authentic flavours and decent
portion sizes. only the noodles were
overcooked so they readily cancelled it. spring trolls, fried rice, chilli prawns ans chengda chicken followed a round of manchiw soup . my yuvraj, the f&b in charge was very accommodating of all our wants and service was top notch!

chinese cuisine well maintained and food varieties are unbelievable .from soup to desserts everything was to one's liking . the spring roll was crispy, filling was so tasty,
fried ice cream in deserts was divine.
quality service by mr.abishek , he taken well care of us.
pleasant music made to feel spend more time in restaurant.

after finding lot of suggestions from our friends about chinese food in gem park , we moved on today lunch in jade garden actually what our friends said was true . food was tempting and professional service experienced from mr.yuvaraj and team. my familly members enjoyed the outside seating and the view . hereafter regular i like to visit jade garden for chinese food . other best feature, spirits was served .

one of the best chinese restaurants in ooty. warm and friendly customer service, with best dining facilities. the jade garden and the f&b staff express warm and friendly attitude towards customers. mr.yuvraj and team does a wonderful service, headed by the f&b manager mr.pradeep.
