today i went to jacks and there were 15 people in line, i'm on crutches & can't stand long, so i approached the two ladies at cash register & asked if i could order my food to go, they stated i needed to get in line... i explained i can't stand thatlongon my crutches, they said that's the way it is and walked away. very sad that a disabled customer could not be accommodated. no phone # on website to complain to management. terrible
