amazing salads! the tri-tip is thick cut & substantial. urban fries are zesty and flavor packed

jack's is no longer good cheap eats. they are way too over priced, as the food is the same quality it was when prices were 30% less, years ago. they are overcrowded during peak hours.

today i went to jacks and there were 15 people in line, i'm on crutches & can't stand long, so i approached the two ladies at cash register & asked if i could order my food to go, they stated i needed to get in line... i explained i can't stand that long on my crutches, they said that's the way it is and walked away. very sad that a disabled customer could not be accommodated. no phone # on website to complain to management. terrible

this place is really good. i just have a couple of complaints. i can't stand when places stick your drink glass in the ice and scoop with it. it's unsanitary and the plastic chips into the ice. secondly, they are very busy and always try to give my hot side dish before my sandwich is ready. last time it took a while and my mac n chez turned ice cold.

omg jack's is so good! i don't see how anyone could not like it. everything is so yummy. they have super fast service and always good fresh quality food!

went to eat at jacks was told that even though u was let us in they said i could not eatu as it was 8:01 this was downtown we have been customers for a long time and i am fussing we are no longer wanted, we went down the street and spent 69.58 @16 your competition and they impressed the hell out of us

as good as advertised!. checked out jack's urban eats in midtown. my girlfriend and i ordered the turkey club, pastrami and bbq tri-tip with side of turkey chili, garlic fries and urban fries. i know that is a lot of food but we wanted to sample the menu. anyways we went right as they were closing the guy that was taking our order was very patience and helpful as we asked a million questions about the menu. the cashier was friendly and courteous. overall service was excellent. the chili was good but not great. the sandwiches were filled with quality meat and the fries were ridiculous good especially the urban fries. the urban fries were covered in blue cheese sauce (i dont even like blue cheese) with chili oil and red pepper flakes. overall my experience was great! i would definitely go again and would recommend this place to everybody.

a bit pricey - but. really fresh food that always hits the spot. i just wish i could get out of the door without buying the urban fries. i crave the spicy, blue cheesey,crispy fries. kind o fdefeats the wornderful salad choieces in the calorie department. jack's started the trend that others hae jumped on, it is still the best.

jack's is by far one of my favorite places to eat. the service is great, the have the ultimate comfort food, and no one can beat their urban fries - you can't leave without trying them!

just as good as midtown. jack's urban eats will always taste good wherever you eat it. especially those urban fries!!! natomas is just as good as midtown, just a little farther.
