great italian, great feng shui. a nice, comfortable environment for some excellent italian dishes.

our waiter was personable, informative, and attentive for the entire evening. the courses came out at a brisk but unhurried pace, arriving as we were ready for them. the calamari is excellent, the best we've had in/around portland, and we've tried quite a few.

we had anicehouse cocktail each and found a very good sangiovese on the short but well considered wine list, at a reasonable restaurant price instead of twice retail.

the ravioli was tender, flavorful and well matched to its sauce. my fish special was tender, succulent and well matched to the accompanying vegetables. my wife had the pulled pork with polenta and it was spectacular, and generally i see polenta as an evil force in the world.

hand rolled cannoli for my wife, and a marvelous concoction of gelato, hazelnut liqueur and espresso for me.

we were seated promptly, right on time, and were not hurried along by the staff. a really perfect night on the town.

great dining. the pizza was good, the pasta was better. the atmosphere was very friendly and inviting for a date night. a little on the pricey side, especially for drinks, but still anicedate night spot. we will be back :)

iorios restaurant. this was the worst dining experience we have ever had.
my family went out to dinner tonight and expected to have anicerelaxing meal. to begin with, we had to ask if we could have bread after seeing every other table served bread.
we were the first people in the restaurant this evening and after an hour, we were still waiting for our meals. the waitress had an attitude and did not even offer an apology for the delay of our meal. it took so long to get served that we had the food boxed and took it home. the appetizer we had was terrible. it is hard to believe this place has received any award.

not amazing, but good. and the pricing is a good value.niceatmosphere, good meal, good value. that's more than u can find in many places.

this place is amazing! my wife and i went there last night to celebrate our 1st anniversary. the staff was superniceand helpful and the food was top notch. we had calamari, foccacia, lamb ragout, and the best lasagna i have ever had. the food was about 50 bucks and we had a great bottle of wine for 30. well worth it! the place is small, so make reservations.
