meh.. the food, well conceived. the staff, kind of bitchy and better than you, "don't bother me, but i'm smart enough to know the minimal amount of times to stop by and ask how things are".... great prices. they fix mistakes quickly and shockingly with a smile. i would eat there again, but with an open eye and realistic expectations. i'm a bit of a clean freak. when the concrete floor shows dirt and grime from the night before because they don't care enough to mop it up nightly, i cringe to think they have the same cleaning standards in the kitchen. i would advise against anyone getting adrinkfrom the bar, especially with a skewer assembled from the chick bartender with the nose ring. i was in a booth facing the bar. i watched her over and over run her fingers through her hair then with the same hand go and assemble the bacon skewer for a bloody mary. my first suggestion would be to dine there at brunch and incorporate a drinking game where everyone drinks when she finger brushes her hair behind the bar assembling cocktails. my second suggestion is walk or take a cab because you are going to be f-ing wasted.
