neither the taste nor the service was good. quite disappointed with the overall service. had to remindstafffor basic stuff like serving the bowl for dal, serving on time and finally giving the finger bowl for cleaning.

sevice - 1/10
the service is pathetic. thestaffis undertrained. they do not even know the menu. they couldn't even bring a sandwich right even after dictating the whole customisation (create your own sandwich). the made us wait for like an hour to serve an average main course. wth!

price 1/10
overpriced. way more expensive than what it offers.

food 4/10
average taste. i have had way better north indian at other restaurants. many items were unavailable. how can you not have pizza?

overall 2/10
it's clearly not working out for you guys in gwalior. spoiled it for us.
slow. undertrained. low quality. huge waiting time.

an undoubtedly one of the finest & bestest place to get proven delicious ie #finedine

located in prime location city centre gwalior which is nearby 1.5 km from railway station & 15-18 km approx from gwalior airport.

good parking space & the hotel management is following proper covid protocols always.

you get properly checked as per covid guideline & sanitized before entry & your name,number is noted too.

very well decorated & spacious, nice sitting area.

additionally, must say very well trained, kind & politestaffmembers.

they clearly know how to treat a guess with good way of talk & smile.

in main restaurent ie #indish located in the right of main entry, very magnificent & fantastique sitting pattern for 2,4,8 & so on.

you get menu through scan the barcode via your phone, in case if you miss to carry phone, they gonna tell you manually in very nice manner.

coffee is highly recommended here.

we had some varieties of #pasta as well, must say a place which is completely #worthplauditory to visit no doubt at all.

food was very yummy & endlessly delicious.
varieties of dishes are present.

i must say indish gives one of the finest delightful dining feel in terms of extraordinary ambience with lit open kitchen it's so beautiful it gives you a vibe of happiness this is a wonderful resto by radisson gwalior
the place is very vibrant.
thestaffis very courteous and smiles on their faces were very impressive
as you enter the restaurant the tables are decorated exceptionally well.
the place is spacious.
the most significant thing that i observed about this place is the food items mentioned in the menu is very innovative and different..the food is prepared with alot of attention and study so the taste is maintained

from the long list of fabulous recipes i ordered for mocktails which were refreshing & nicely presented..

bhatti ka murg is something very unique that i ever had an perfectly marinated and rice texture served with chutney it was enhancing the flavour highly recommended

punjabi tawa fish was recommended by thestaffit was indeed tempting one of the best sellers must try this… must try

paneer tikka tawa a wonderful sabji it has paneer kofta with creamy onion/ tomato gravy it was very delicious had it with different bread along with onions... recommended

ras malai a dessert with saffron milk so soft and fluffy it was yummm...this is something which can never go wrong as a dessert 💯 ps: they make it fresh in-house

this is a fancy royal restaurant. as soon we entered, thestaffgreeted nicely and asked for our seating preferences. the music being played in the background was very soothing and pleasant. then we ordered tomato soup and spring rolls in starter. both tasted really good with the more delicious green chutney😬
then in main course we had dal makhani, kadai paneer and tandoori roti. kadai paneer was good but i have no words for the dal makhani they served. this was the best dal makhani i have ever had in my life. o will suggest everyone once to try it here.
in whole it was an amazing experience 🤗

we had a late but filling lunch yesterday in this newly opened restaurant within a newly opened hotel.
the manager (mr jalal) and chéf (mr banerjee) served us amazing food and the otherstafflooked after us throughout our long drawn lunch.
seating and air conditioning were optimum.
a must place for lunch or dinner during a visit to gwalior.

the food is good in taste and quality. if someone likes spicy food, then they may find the taste on an average. the prices are a little high but this is expected as it is a five star hotel. thestaffis very polite and their service is also good. overall a good place to visit at least once.

definately had a better experience than ‘the saloon - usha kiran’. what a disappointment usha kiran is, maybe the careless and haughtystaffcould learn a lesson in customer service from radisson. we opted for the buffet, the spread was limited with usual popular dishes. nothing much to write on food but we loved the service extended by thestaff- courteous, polite and friendly. if you in gwalior and looking for a place to eat in a slightly posh and convenient setting, run to radisson.
