neither the taste nor theservicewas good. quite disappointed with the overall service. had to remind staff for basic stuff like serving the bowl for dal, serving on time and finally giving the finger bowl for cleaning.

theserviceis pathetic. the staff is undertrained. they do not even know the menu. they couldn't even bring a sandwich right even after dictating the whole customisation (create your own sandwich). the made us wait for like an hour to serve an average main course. wth!

price 1/10
overpriced. way more expensive than what it offers.

food 4/10
average taste. i have had way better north indian at other restaurants. many items were unavailable. how can you not have pizza?

overall 2/10
it's clearly not working out for you guys in gwalior. spoiled it for us.
slow. undertrained. low quality. huge waiting time.

i have often visited the restaurant with friends as well as family and the food is excellent. even during the pandemic the restaurant took proper precautions and unlike most other eateries in the city, we were ensured our food was safe and well prepared. theservicewas personalised and the executive chef was very accommodating of our wishes. the restaurant manager abhishek has always been very hospitable and ensured that we had a wonderful meal. we had ordered a penne in pink sauce and a quattro formaggi pizza both of which were absolutely delicious. while our food took a little longer than usual, we didn't mind it because it was definitely worth the wait. it is the only place in gwalior that serves a good thin crust pizza. i recommend them for both indian as well as continental cuisines.

don't waste your time and money at this place.
the food is below average andserviceis extremely slow. the so called buffet didn't have much variety either. due to lack of appeal and variety in buffet i opted àlacarte options and ordered a non veg starter, for my meal.
it took them more than half n hour to bring the starter to my table and even then also the chicken was undercooked and inedible.

one of the better places in gwalior. i had a 30 people get together this weekend.

good food. decent variety. but theserviceis definitely not upto the mark. very slow.

the chicken salad and the fish salad were my favourite dishes.

bad desserts though.

after my first restraunt outing debacle in the city, i chose indish with the expectation to redeem my choice. it makes me happy to say that i made the right decision. theservicewas good, and we got what we expected, a relaxed dinner where management is not waiting for you finish your food fast and empty the table. now about the food, we ordered both vegetarian and non vegetarian starters, and all of them were nicely prepared. special mention to tawa fish, which was brilliant. the main course which included a mutton dish and a mushroom dish were also nice. i will recommend indish if you are looking for a nice place with good food. needless to say, being a 3 star restaurant, it's bit expensive then other places in town, but totally worth it. piece of advice, in case you are planning a weekend visit, make reservation beforehand or else be prepared to wait.

it's a nice experience. shantanu had done some special arrangements for making my day so special with my fiance. it's a beautiful ambience nd totally renovated. i want to special thanks to food ndserviceteam. we both r happy that at least one 5 star hotel like radisson had opened in the city to attract the guest nd make him wow.
