in-n-out

i like the burgers and menu options, especially with the secret menu, and love their shakes and malts. i like the location overall, since i never have issues getting in or out. i never wait too long. the service is always friendly, and my order is always right.

the double double with grilled onions was the perfect way to start the day.  they rock these almost perfect griddled burgers just as well as the ones in california.

great food,. love the food, staff is super friendly and they got me in and out in no time!

bad fry and old tasting burgers. not sure what happened this time ,but the frys did not taste right - almost stale and dry texture.

the burgers were fine but seemed to have been cooked hours before.

not good. no longer going.

the hype is somewhat true. for years, i've heard people say everything from "it's the best burger in the world" to "it's better than whataburger". it is far from the best burger i've ever had. however, it is (i hate to admit it) better than whataburger. in fact, it kick's whataburger's ass.

in-n-out is fast food. i have had much better burgers elsewhere. out of all the fast food chains, it is the best. the prices are cheap too.

the menu is short. there is no chicken on the menu. only a single and a double burger, fries, and shakes. nothing else.

when compared with the competitors in the under 10 dollars burger world their quality and service is number one.

a disappointment!. loved in & out next to unlv in vegas. this texas version had tons of customers when they opened. but i was disappointed in that the food is nowhere as good as vegas. my family & i don't go to this in & out any longer. too bad!

pretty weak. stick with what-a-burger. fries are absolutely ghastly. burgers are nothing to write home about. i would eat here again if the burgers cost a dollar a piece and had 20 calories. over-rated hype burger from california.

late nite bite--oh, so right. grabbed a late night burger after spending a night out. why not stop at the yellow arrow? sure you have to wait a little while for the burger to come out, but you know that going in. you know that the burger is going to be fresh and be all beef. you know that you are going to get the best service there over just about anywhere else. you know the place is super clean. you know that they have a small menu, and you know that they also are going to have everything on the menu. you are not going to get a sad excuse that we ran out that item about an hour ago.

for those reasons i just love in-and-out. in all of my times i have visited them, i've had nothing but stellar service and great food whether it has been in las vegas or los angeles. i am glad that i can count on them being so similar wherever i go . the double double with cheese and fries i got last night was just what i expected--great! the chocolate shake was fine, probably no better than mcdonald's. it had a little chalky taste. it was the first that i've had.

the staff and service was beyond great. not only was i sincerely welcomed by chris, the shift manager, when i was at the counter to give my order, but he also stopped by the table to check on how the meal was. when it was time to leave, he bade me good-bye. the treatment was the same for each patron. no, i don't work for them, but i thoroughly endorse them. if there is anything negative to say, i think it would be that there are not enough of them. happy eating!

overrated. the fries were gross. i don't care if i never have it again.

great!!!. it took 3 tried before i really appreciated this place. it's about the best burger around. study the "secret" menu before going. you can order some wild stuff that's not on the posted menu. my only gripe is the fries are inconsistent because they're not frozen. fry science dictates that frozen fries are better. they tend to over cook them and they get way too crispy.

yummy. burgers are made as you ask them to make them - even will give you a jalopeno if you want one or more -- and the fries - magnificient and never frozen - splurge and have a shake - and make that burger a double cheese --absolute the best meal for your money you'll ever find!!

yum. in-n-out burgers are great -- staff are smiling and helpful -- and that can be a shocker - i miss in-n-out as i am now in south miss and i can't wait until in-n-out arrives here in hattiesburg ms because mcd's will go out of biz (food is never hot and i live in apt complex behind one -- only thing i purchase are side green salad and senior coffee -- everything else is cold before i can get it across the parking lot and into my apt.

so ya'll enjoy in-n-out and say hi to the staffers for me!!

cb & ff. over hyped,won't go back, go to griff's or established or wendy's, or cook it own, not as bad as white castle though

overrated by far. took my wife here and bragged about the whole way to in n out and was extremely disappointing for the both of us. the best thing about in n out was the lemonade.
