ok..... this was our first visit and we were not expecting an "order in line, seat yourself" clone of the qdoba or chipotle, (who is cloning who?)...the food was decent and had good flavors. pulled pork taco's, chicken taco's + chips & queso...ip's pork better than the q, but the q's chicken and queso is better, in my opinion. the service at ip's was lacking-not friendly at all. in fact, we seemed to inconvenience the workers. the steam table was sloppy, which is no surprise given the way our food was thrown together, skimpy toppings and all. the food was not that temperaturehoteither, which is a pet-peeve of mine. please make sure the food ishotenough to kill any bacteria that your not-so-caring staff may inadvertently contaminate - this goes for any restaurant...for a quick, fast-food meal solution, ip works, but qboba works better for me. they are much cleaner and more sanitary and the service, hands down, is better. note to management: hire people that smile and appreciate, are prideful in appearance of self and work area.
