ok, this was better than a good effort. they cover the basics - great bread, fresh olives, attentive (but a smidge backwater) service, unless you est at the bar, where the service is terrific. the bolognaise sauce is excellent, the pasta is fresh and the specials are great to the point where the menu is superfluous. this is the best food and the friendliest atmosphere in fishkill (ok, the winebarthe frenetically much happier, but it should be....). my wife and i have made it a regular in our rotation.
