ichiban is consistentlygoodand consistently cheaper than ish or mizu. this is usually my go-to place. quality and creativity isn’t quite as high as the others but i’ve never had anything i didn’t like. i particularly like their snow mountain roll and salem roll.

i love sushi and have eaten it all across the country, ichiban is still my favorite. they have agoodassortment and it is always fresh. the crunchy roll and the valentine roll are my favorite. the other is japanese fare isgoodas well for the price.
