corned beef on reuben was too thick. fries are delicious! french dip was very tender but lacked flavor. the patio is very nice and pet friendly. hamburger and salad get two thumbs up.

great food. we eat there at least once a week and food has always been great and service is also good too. one of the best restaurants in this area. we have never had a bad meal there, in fact our family goes there on the holidays because of the good food.

great food. i have eaten at houndstooth many times. food is very good. recommend it to everyone. have eaten at their easter and mother's day buffet too. wonderful food. especially liked their grouper fingers.

worst service ever. everytime i have been there the service has been horrible. had to wait forever to get drinks and take order and get food. the servers were also so rude and not helpful at all. i would suggest any other restaurant before going here!

chef needs an education. had dinner alone on friday night near closing time (8:30). wait staff was very pleasant, ordered the grilled chicken and had it blackened. it was served with long grain wild rice and steamed vegetables. food took 1/2 hour and chicken arrived undercooked (still pink in the middle) the rice was a combination of the scrapings of the container that was dried out and an over cooked batch that was soggy. it was also devoid of flavor. when the bill came i told the sever about the rice and was offered mashed red potatoes to go with my left overs. these were like eating glue. any cook knows that salt, plenty of cream and butter is required to make good mashed red potatoes because of their high glutten content. the corn chowder was more like corn soup made from canned corn. if you are going to go the effort, use quality ingredients. had better food at golden corral.

happy hour from 4-7pm each day, $1.95 bud lites and the happy hour food menu is really good. grouper fingers are a favourite, 3 items, pretty decent sized portions, for only $9.95.

impressive. this is the best food in the area that doesn't have chateau elan prices. the next time i run at road atlanta, i'll be eating here. sit in the bar. they have some great happy hour specials.

great food!. went to a financial event and dinner. food was excellent. stuffed flounder with grilled asparagus was delicious. will go back again!

great food. the food is always excellent and the service was great but my only complaint is the waitress picked up or check and asked if ii wanted change. please just say i will be right back with your change and then you have the option of saying no just keep it.

easter brunch. we had a fabulous easter today at the houndstooth. came in early to beat the crowd service was fast & friendly. found out that there is a new owner who took over last week . he actually came around to our table & introduced himself, very pleasant. wide variety of yummy , fresh , foods. we will be back !

we visited here recently for lunch after church and i was wholly underwhelmed. it was clearly frozen, processed, convenient foods cooked in advance. not worth the overcharged prices on the menu in the least!

biggest waste of a friday night. my fiancé talked me into going here for dinner tonight because he knows people that work there and told me it was good when he used to go a couple years ago. he had me set on a prime rib sandwich that was supposedly amazing so i was quite disappointed when i was told they have it for lunch and wouldn't make me one. i love fried green tomatoes so i ordered the fried green tomato blt.... it sounded delicious... what i got was a soggy thrown together mess that promptly fell to pieces as soon as i tried to pick it up. not being one to complain i just decided to try to eat the contents of the sandwich with my fork... i have never met a fried green tomato i didn't like. that is until now... disgusting... and the worst part of our dinner was the waitress asked if we wanted boxes and we told he no, it was obvious neither of us had touched our food... she didn't even bother asking how things were and just rolled her eyes and sat down the check.... it was just a awful experience..... however the older lady (owner i am guessing) was very nice and the only pleasant part of the night.

server was sweet and fabulous. we had the shrimp and grits and the shrimp poboy. booth were amazing and served quickly. definitely worth the trip! only $31 for this great cajun meal!

my family and i eat here several times a month. we do this because the food is delicious, and the service is exceptional. when it comes to feeding children, hg&t gets it right. the mac&cheese is made in house, and the chicken tenders are battered & fried or grilled, never frozen. salad dressings are amazing and made in house. so many items on the menu are divine. and, the key lime pie & chocolate cake is the best i've ever had!

worst experience. i live in braselton and wanted to take some friends from out of town to a nice place. i came the week before to ask the hostess if they can seat a party of around 10 at 830-9 pm the next saturday. she assured me that she could and we could eat as long as we ordered before the kitchen closed at 10 pm but we could hang out later than that as the bar will be open. we arrived and had 3 bottles of wine and multiple apps. the waitress was rude from the start. did not even pour the wine for use bc she was "too busy", although i only saw maybe 2-3 other tables with patrons. then at 935 pm we wanted to order our food but she told us the kitchen was closed. after we put up a fuss, she said "i guess i will have my kitchen suck it up and make your food". spoke with the manager who did nothing for us. we walked out after 40 min and spending over $150 on wine and apps which included a built in 18% tip for this rude and incompetent waitress. will never go back!! and i have told many of our friends and neighbors in chateau elan to never go to this place again.

stopped for brunch and could not have found a better spot - food was fantastic and service was friendly and fast - we are stopipig here every time!
