hotel rajhans regent

pathetic attitude ofrajhansstaff naresh singh ordered through zomato and didn’t receive the complete order. the delivery person was not given the complete order. naresh didn’t accept his mistake at any point and was rude, unapologetic for spoiling our evening. the starter that we received 2 hrs late was of no use to us.
shameless staff at rajhans. dont understand how such businesses survive in this era where customers are first priority of every business.
clearlyrajhansdoesn’t follow this and thats why doesn’t train the staff

very less quantity given byrajhanshotel. its not at all tolerable. they are charging soo high only for 4 pcs of paneer in cheese shashlik. its horrible. look on the pics attached. i want refund. else not going to use ur service. pathetic.

it was highly disappointing the food was not at all tasty and they have delivered the food in 2 hours the zomato boy has to wait 1 hour and 30 min to pick up the parcel ,& there was no such response from therajhanshotel , how can such a huge brand name can be unofficial , i will never order from this hotel and not goin to recommend to anyone from here,i hate such an unprofessional behaviour

i got order without any bill and no logo ofrajhansiam not sure if the order was fromrajhansor somewhere else

good quality was expected fromrajhansregent. but it was only average.

such pathetic food, i calledrajhansregent and asked them what kind of food have they sent. the reply from the restaurant receptionist was- sir ek hi ustaad aate hai wohi sabh banate hai, apko pta nahi kyo khana sahi nahi lag rha.

worst food i ordered thali from here aisa lag raha tha baasi khana de diya bilkul thanda wastage of money very disappointed withrajhansregent food.

a delight ambience with ...such lucuros mouth blasting dishes in a single thali..i love the gujarati thali and the style they serve ...very good behaviour of staffs and it was pleasure to be there ... hotelrajhansis one of the finest destination in bhopal for vegetarians and the cost of thali really worth of it with taste and quantity .... unlimited

delicious food by hotelrajhansand super quick delivery by zomato. great experience. hotel rajhans' services are excellent. i would like to suggest them to be great at packaging also.
i recommend other users here to order at hotelrajhansvia zomato. it is a bingo combination. soooooper.

worst taste. i never expect this type of dish (malai kofta) specially from rajhans. very hard cofta.... gravy as well as cofta both are bitter (kaddwa swad) . i just throw the same .
i have organised party and we have visitedrajhansregent many times due to their food taste as well as quality but this is the worst dish.

i tried famous thali, it had number of dishes😋,
first they served tasty soup or chhachh then they started serving dishes (butter paneer masala,curry,salad,dahi bada,gulab jamun,shrikhand😋,roti, poori, stuffed paratha etc.) all the dishes had their unique taste
you have to pay only 200 rupees for the unlimited thali.. it's a family restaurant, if anybody wants tasty food with variety, he can visit hotelrajhansregent

i simply love the concept of thali.
one is able to eat all different kinds of dishes in one single plate.
thali gives a feeling of homemade food and yet being the delicious food ever.
if you are bhopali then you can go torajhansrestaurant for having this amazing platter.
they serve you with unlimited and delicious food just in 190bucks .

very slow service, not so tasty food

today we invited guests for a lunch atrajhansregent isbt. the service is very poor. they claim to be 3 star but their staff is no better than average road side dhabba. even they dnt knw much abt their menu if you ask some questions regarding dishes.

we had ordered fresh lime soda but we were served it after a long wait and it was having smell of rotten lime, they have not tasted it before serving also they put lot of sugar in their drinks n moktails. we returned it straightaway. they gave us new drinks but still they were too sweet and their is no trace of soda in it........

coming to main course we ordered paneer tikka masala, hariyali kofta, soya lollypops with roomali roti, lachha paratha, stuffed nan,n tawa roti.

tawa roti were ok but thwir stuff nans hv less stuffings, lachha paratha also was not upto mark

their soya items they are not good. how can they put groundnuts in soya lollypops? its so overpowering

we were served starters along with main course. utter disappointment and awkward situation in front of invited guests.rajhanshas lost its taste n service

also now small food joints also have started serving pure ro water not jst ordinary filter water but atrajhansregent they really serve ro water which is not good in taste, i guess they want guests to buy water.

while the newly opens restaurant are going crazy experimenting food, therajhansis still delivering the indian classical food

this family restaurant is known for its unlimited thali they offer. if you are the person who don't want to hunt new places daily and wants to have a decent meal or you live away from home and wants to have something which will bring that ghar wala khana ki essence

the food isn't great but a nice balanced meal it is

well here is the catch
if you want to have a competition with your friends that who can eat more gulab jamun then you must go there 😉
