nxt timeorderwould be deliver on time. its a request hotel rajhans.

i had instructed the restaurant to provide cutlery, while placingorderas well as on chat support, i was told and i could see in my screen that the instructions have been accepted by the restaurant, still cutlery was not provided.
thisorderwas for office place, we were not carrying cutlery, we 8-10 people had to somehow manage to have our meal.
also sabudana khichdi was almost uncooked, the balls were not at all soft.
other items were good and satisfactory in taste.

it was highly disappointing the food was not at all tasty and they have delivered the food in 2 hours the zomato boy has to wait 1 hour and 30 min to pick up the parcel ,& there was no such response from the rajhans hotel , how can such a huge brand name can be unofficial , i will neverorderfrom this hotel and not goin to recommend to anyone from here,i hate such an unprofessional behaviour

we have orders this with instructions that there should be no onion.but when we got theorderthere were onion and we were unable to have it.so disappointing it is.

used to like this place before, ordered food today just to find insect in paneer paratha, also theorderfor which i pre paid was delivered incomplete, never expected it from a restaurant who rates them as three star hotel, 0/100 will neverorderor dine again.

delicious food by hotel rajhans and super quick delivery by zomato. great experience. hotel rajhans' services are excellent. i would like to suggest them to be great at packaging also.
i recommend other users here toorderat hotel rajhans via zomato. it is a bingo combination. soooooper.

visited with family last sunday during bhopal visit there are two restaurants one provides thali and another goes on with ala carte.we decided to go with one having full menu.heavly crowded we have to wait for atleast 20 min to get in.we ordered veg crispy in starter taste was ok but it was full of potatoes which disappointed.in main courseorderwas of dal makhni,kadhai paneer,jeera aaloo, manchurian with fried rice,butter nan and tawa roti.dal makhni lacked creamy flavour.in jira aaloo potatoes are sweet so a disaster.kadhai paneer tasted very nice but not a single piece of capsicum was there,tawa roti was ok but butter naan was dry from inside it looked dough was freshly made. because of rush just got glimpse of restaurant so can't say about ambience although it's a little hot inside while all ac are on .overall a very bad experience will not visit this restaurant again will try the thali one on next visit.

any thing ordered is billed first.. later the services reach to the customer table. if in any circumstances customer wants to cancel/replace anyorderit is not possible as ur billing has been done in advance... therefore everyone i advice to be careful before youorderor else u have to pay in any circumstances whether u consume or not.
