inconsistent. i actually loved my breakfast that i ordered and had no problems with it, but my husband ordered his eggs over medium and they were runny at best, and my uncle's hash browns were not just cold, but a little icy in the middle. gross. i ordered the pancakes and had a wonderful experience, but i felt guilty saying so because 2 of the 4 people at our table had a not-so-great trial run at thehobnob.
