full disclosure: i'm a huge pizza fan. i could eat pizza every night if the week and never get tired if it. lunch, too. and cold pizza for breakfast? yum! i also think that it's tough to say that one place has the "best" pizza because there are so many varieties: deep dish chicago style, hand tossed, flatbread.... and that's before you get to your choice of toppings. that said, if i could only have one pizza restaurant in town, i would pick hideaway hands down. great crust (and now you can choose between hand tossed and thin), great sauce, and the choice of toppings anywhere (all absolutely fresh). service is fantastic from the usually quirky staff. you simply cannot go wrong with hideaway. ever. it might even be the best.
