can't even get the basics right. i just left harvest and couldn'twaitto get online and leave a review because it was so awful. we had reservations for 6:30 (which i think is pretty early for a friday night) and after we sat down it took them an hour to get us our drinks. (our salads actually arrived a couple minutes before the drinks.) when we were ordering the waiter said that they specialize in changing their menu seasonally but that tonight (october 8th) they were still serving their summer menu because they were having problems with their printer and couldn't print out the new menu. he did give us a small handout with some fall items on it but then told us that they were already out of most of those things. (really? wow...) when the food did arrive it was pretty ordinary and unfortunately didn't live up to the menu description.
we are a pretty easy-going bunch and we were just out for a fun friday night but the slow service was a big issue. someone from our party talked to the manager and he came over but it didn't seem to have any impact on the service because it never improved. the noise in the place was overwhelming too. it was not fun and energetic - it was just loud. i don't know if they want to be a bar or a restaurant but they need to decide. trust me - i'm all about a fun, happening, lively scene but i would avoid this place until they get their act together....
