harrie's pancakes

coolplaceclose to the cbd to pop away for lunch. me and my wife used to do this once a week before we moved. we've been back, quality is still great, service good and nice selection of drinks also. i would recommend chocolate mousse pancake

this is my sunday morning mostly in winter or colder morningsplaceto grab their nicest pancakes. its an all seasonplacebut i love it more during winter and colder days in other seasons

what an experience!
we met friends here for pancakes and it was great! naturally the rainy weather made the experience even greater! this is definitely aplacethat we'll be visiting again!
we had savoury pancakes:
thai chicken, mince and bobotie and all of them were delicious!
aubrey, our waiter, was very attentive and friendly!

when it's rainy and you're in the mood for something to munch this is it! harrie's is fun central meetingplacefor catching up with friends or grabbing something before you hit the shops... pancakes with fillings that will make your mouth water. from bobotie to your more traditional cinnamon-sugar favorite.. coffe is good.. tends to get very busy so head out early on the weekends...

had a delicious savoury pancake. lots of options even for us vegetarians. i opted for the east african style which was delicious a d stuffed well.

prices are a bit expensive.

the decor is terrible. really think they should invest in a more upbeat look. it will make theplacelook younger than it's current decor.

nice little quite area with big trees. very chilled place.

greatplaceto have a breakfast, just a pity the food did not live up to the expectations. the mince and cheese pancake was bland but the bobotie one was tasty. a real winner for me was the moccachino.

i enjoyed the pancakes thoroughly. i had the chilli con carne pancake and a coffee. the coffee was too strong for me but that's just personal preference.

the staff weren't the friendliest and i felt uncomfortable asking for a bottle of water.

the decor of theplaceis minimal which i liked.

i love theplaceneat clean i had the croissant with butter cheese lettuce and tomato wat really gud is the way it melts in ur mouth after that i had the chocolate mousse pancake best ever was just so divine and my cuz have the milk tart 1

"july 5 breakfast: one group of friends had gone to pilgrim's rest and were raving about the harries pan cakes. so, one fine sunday morning, we drove down to pretoria to have breakfast at harries. we had booked a table the day before - do your reservations as theplacetends to get full. theplaceis nicely done and the ceiling caught the eye. 

the strawberry small shake was nice though a bit on the colder side. i had the spinach and feta pan cake. i had requested them to add mushrooms but since the fillings are all made in advance, they wont do any changes. :( 

however, the pan cake was good though there seemed to be a bit of an overdose of spinach and a bit of mushrooms would have surely helped. the thai style chicken pan cake tasted good. the pan cake with strawberry reserve was a bit of the sweeter side. we all had a good time though the prices are on the higher side and the options in vegeterain are less."

i am in love with their chicken and mushroom pancake with chew nuts 😋😋. not the best thee bestplacebut they have good services and serve great pancakes. an a great environment to get some work done.

simple, yummy, treat-yourself indulgence. this isn't aplaceyou'd come to for 5 star service or a fine dining experience but the pancakes are delicious and will bring a smile to your face.

the thing i really enjoyed about harries here is the great service. the waiters and also the manager is kind and welcoming to their customers. i had the traditional breakfast therewith a milkshake to take it down and gosh was it amazing.the environment is peaceful and quiet, definitely aplacei would go back and try something new on the menu.
