happiness chinese restaurant

felt very disappointed. placed my order at 5:30pm by 7pm i called and the young lady says that there working on it and that there are 2 orders in front of mine. i waited at 8pm i calledbackthe young lady says almost done will be there shortly. at 8:45 the driver finally arrived he forgot my juice and hot and sour soup. said sorry and he’ll bring it right back. at 10:30 no delivery of my already purchased items

i placed an order online for pick up.  they were nice to call me and let me know one of the items was not available so i could change the order and said it would be ready in 30 minutes.  i arrived in 30 minutes and met the lady at the front who took my name and said my order would be up shortly.  there were two people waiting for take out in front of me.  a little time goes by and the two get their orders and leave.  also several people come in and get seated, about 4 different couples.  soon those seated start getting their orders.  about 30 minutes later i ask the status on my order and the lady goesbackin to the kitchen and says they are working on it and it will be soon.  about 15 minutes last another table gets their order and then another.  i ask again about my order and the lady goes in to the kitchen and again comes out saying they are working on the order.  it took almost 2 hours from the time i make the order until the time it was ready.  my gut is that they didn't even start it until i questioned it.  there was no apology, no explanation, do discount items.  i sat there and waited 90 minutes and they didn't seem concerned.  i like the food but after this last adventure i don't think i will be ordering with them again.

let me start off by saying my husband and i are really picky about the chinese restaraunts we go to. we decided to try this place and at first they made my food wrong but promptly fixed it. once everything was made correctly, the food was amazing! we will definitely be comingbackto this place. there was plenty of food to take home. a little pricey but worth it.

delish food & price right.. love this long time family own restaurant, they serve both canton and mandarin food, orange beef, minced pork in lettuce wraps, peking bo-pot are my favorites.
