rude to customers - and to staff...
i am a former loyal customer who ate at this restaurant until a simplestaffmistake resulted in an extremely unpleasant interaction with a manager named judy. ultimately, astaffmember mistakenly punched two items in to the point of sale computer. it was a simple mistake, but judy insisted we pay for food we did not order or want. ultimately, she yelled at me and at thestaffand demanded i sign and never come back. she also yelled at thestaffto pay for the extra food and said she did not care if i was a regular customer or not.
judy ruined an evening with my son. she also gave clear insight in to how the workers at han sung are treated. judy claimed to be the owner at one point. i will never again return to han sung for a meal. i am truly disappointed in this... i ate here with family and friends about once a month for several years.
please do not eat at this restaurant. no one -staffnor customer - deserves rude treatment.
