this quaint resto serves style and delicious meals with a price.

agoodplace to bring your more important guests to sit a chat or maybe just spend some alone time and read your favourite novel.

minimalist in a sense, their dishes are artsy and picture ready. pricey but tastes quite good. servings are somewhat big.

i'd recommend their iced tea and the dishes i pictured below.

its agoodplace to hold a small gathering of people who love to just chill. they offer alcoholic drinks as well and pizza.

discovered on instagram as a coffee place, but to my surprise it was a modern minimalist restaurant offering innovative fusion dishes. i had to taste the chicharron risotto and it did not disappoint, it isgoodfor two. the puff pastry pizza was delicious too, sauce & cheese ratio down to a tee with tasty meat toppings. my favorite was the 3 cheese ravioli! disappointed at how expensive it is and the arroz con pollo, it was bland. i will be back for the ravioli and the chocolate cake dessert!

i came to half saints since they had consistentlygoodreviews, but i didn't really know anything about the place. 😅 thankfully, the server was gracious enough to explain to me their menu. i ended up ordering their kimchi gyoza, beef lasagna with spinach and cream cheese, calamansi and mint slush, and assorted flower tartlets.

while everything tasted delicious, what i liked the most was their 64% dark chocolate flower tartlet. i will definitely come back for that. and their puff pizza, too, most probably. because the other table ordered shiitake, goat cheese, balsamic glaze and it looked amazing.

the place is perfect for intimate hangouts with friends... provided there aren't any long lines for succeeding diners.

we came for a sunday lunch. place is very laid back. a waiter immediately showed us to a table. place is quite small.goodthing only one group of people was there. their table is uneven and slanted but i guess it's part of the style.

food was good. menu here on zomato is not updated tho. they serve only spaghetti and lasagna for pasta.

chicharon teriyaki is a must try! i wish the serving was bigger.

lasagna and salmon was okay. not a fan of red sauce pasta tho. their shiitake mushroom and goat cheese pizza is very light and fresh. perfect for pairing with other food you'd want to try because it's not heavy.

food is 3.5-4/5. their service made me gave this a 5star rating. very very attentive waiters and very courteous.

i found this place here in zomato for it is the too rated in my area. after reading the reviews on this place, we decided to go. and it was the best decision we made. their food is soooo goood. my partner really enjoyed the four cheese pizza (her favorite flavor of pizza). the lasagna wasgoodas well. their signature iced tea has an interesting taste! not to mention their staff, who were friendly and provides superb customer service. thumbs up!

my partner and i discovered this little (literally) gem in zomato as its recommendations and we were not disappointed.

the place was a little cramped but the food and service made up for it. for starters, we ordered the kimchi gyoza which was so full of flavor. for the pizza, we had the shiitake, goat cheese and balsamic vinegar. the dough, since it's a puff pizza, is thin and resembles a croissant. the flavor though.. ah. so good. for mains, we had the arroz con pollo and for the bakery, we had subarashii kare pan and flower tarlet gourmad. it wasn't served all at the same time so we had the opportunity to savor all the flavors.

i will reco this for couples and friends, space wise it won't accommodate as much.

half saints isgoodfood. thank you for the experience.

a whole new dining experience. we heardgoodreviews about this restaurant and when my boyfriend and i finally got to try it, we ordered a whole lot. really a lot. we love everything we ordered and finished eating almost everything except for the pizza since we’re so full already.

can’t wait to go back and try the rest!

what we ordered:

chicharron teriyaki (appetizer)
shiitake, goat cheese, balsamic vinegar puff pizza
arroz con pollo
gallo pinto x rbm
64% dark chocolate tart

the restaurant is a verygoodrestaurant the ambience is good, the servers are polite and knowledgable, the food is great although not all. some of the food in half saints are verygoodespecially the risotto the chicharon terriyaki and the salads. i was excited by the gallo pinto because of the marrow but i was disappointed. the gallo pinto for me was a let down although the cookery isgoodthe flavor wasn’t enough. the benedict dish for me was soso. i think the other dishes in the menu makes the gallo pinto look bad. but overall its one of my fave restos in manila and would definitely eat again.

food is great, the flavours just goes well all together! the restaurant/cafe is also very modern and beautiful! so if you’re looking for agoodplace to date in, i would recommend this one!

however if you’re in a rush, their food takes time to prepare so you better allot sometime for this.

we like the imaginative take on the food, not to mention the delicate plating done on each and every item that was served. i started out with an espresso carefully explained by the server that it was a local coffee from benguet and it has notes of citrus, chocolate taste. it was agoodcup.

we waited around 30 minutes for our four cheese pizza and the wait was worth it as the texture and flavours are great! for dessert, we had ube fight and textures of turon for dessert but both desserts went below expectations - the ube fight had a soiled texture ube which was tough to bite and it does not go with the frozen ube.. its like eating cream and chicharon... the textures of turon came in too sweet for my taste as almost all the accompaniments of the dessert are sweet.

over-all we had fun dining in and are looking forward in trying their other menu items.

on a closing note: hope you can do something about the smell of cigarettes going in the resto it is most annoying!

cozy place, food was ok, the pizza was genius as they used puff pastry as the base instead of the regular dough, but the flavor we ordered(goat cheese) was a bit too creamy. the pasta was reallygoodand seasoned really well. the flaming cheese balls was also good. the marrow rice dish could be a lot better if seasoned a bit more.

a great place for unique comfort food.
