i would say this place is not terrible, but it’s definitely overrated and overpriced.
the food is average, the atmosphere is average, there’s plenty of better places in abu dhabi.

located in the emirates palace hotel and overlooking the breathtaking sky scrapers of abu dhabi hakkasan is a perfect place to dine dine or drink with an amazing view and with a special someone. we had been there for an event. i had tried out their canopies, mini pastries and fruit tarts along with their lychee mocktales.. found it perfectly made as per my liking..

very good place to have dinner! i think its suitable for special occasions. the portions are small but tasty. i liked the thai chicken the most! i didn’t like the chocolate fondant as it have bananas taste which i dislike.

we were here for an event, and got to try only some of the canopies prepared specially for the event... but we would like our review that we enjoyed the outdoor seating... the canopies, the virgin hakkasan drink and macaroons....

staff well trained and very attentive
good place for food and hangout

the decor was amazing, especially the outdoor seating area where you can see the night skyline. the place can't go wrong, given that the location is inside the emirates palace. the only thing that i find that is lacking is the flavor of the food. i'm not sure what is the hype about this place. probably i got pampered with delicious cantonese cuisine way too much, too often, from new york, hong kong, and bangkok, so i find that dishes at hakkasan didn't excite me much.

the food was served with prestige and eligance. the flavours was full of authentic chinese culture. the dishes that i love most is the roasted duck pumpkin and the shrimp dumpling. the atmosphere is so chill and relaxing. the only problem is the service is not organised. we ordered for a drinks and it takes 45 mins to be served. our food takes more than an hour before they serve.

very disappointed with the service despite being labeled top restaurant with chains around the world. very slow responses; i had flagged to 2 waitress; either ignored me or took very long responses. when asked for a warm water, the waitress gave me a cold water bottle, saying it’s room temperature put outside the fridge (but where the aircon was so strong). he even argued to say that this is their warm water, to which i was super disappointed and refused to argue further. cannot believe this is the kind of service you pay for in a supposedly top restaurant, especially when i have been to multiple hakkasan chain around the world, in shanghai and other places.

horrible experience and horrible food. the chicken dimsum was stale and when we complained about it the manager was very rude. will never go back. waste of time and money

food which looks beautiful and tastes even more delicious. an upmarket well established brand that delivers consistently good chinese food. expect an ambience and service to match your high quality dining.

really good food, cooked to the perfection. we ordered the bamboo set menu, it had a really good line up
of dishes, especially the dumplings were extraordinary. fantastic ambience and service. an experience you should not miss out on, great place for special occasions.

love the ambience and the dumplings are amazing. the ambience is calming and relaxing. usually very quiet. the customer service was friendly and punctual.
