overworked single bartender equals poor service. one thing i hate is when a restaurant with a good sized bar tries to get away with one bartender so she can make a huge paycheck for the night yet customers at the bar wait many minutes for drinks or to order dinner. this sole bartender could not keep up but as a former big retaurntowneri can tell u nothing is more important than getting a new walkin their drinks. i told theownerthey clearly should have had a second bartend r on but she seemed disinterested.ownerand female bartender both turned very defensive so why go back there when there's five other very good dining spots within walking distance like 401, galley hatch, ron bouches, old salt etc. this restaurant needs lesson in 101. bartenders are not an expense...they increase sales and keep customers happy
