fantastic view!. brought northern family here for a first time visit to fort myers beach. arrived early for dinner and got prime seating with agreatview of the gulf. food was good but not spectacular. i ordered the mango salad and clam chowder soup. the lettuce at tha salad bar was much fresher than my salad off the menu. i was the last to get my order with our large group and felt my salad had sat for a long time along with my soup that was delicious but cold. service was not the best but the general food quality and view made up for it i guess.

like a 60's restaurant. old fashioned menu that is mediocre at best. geriatric clientele, indifferent wine. has agreatlocation with a gulf view, too bad the food is poor.

great food andgreatview. what agreatrestaurant and agreatview. we have always had good meals there whether it was for brunch, lunch, or dinner. servers are always nice and there is a very nice saladbar. sunsets are viewed in their full glory from the dining area!

cottage beach bar & grill. ate here a couple times last week. clam chowder was excellent both nights. had the shrimp one night and mahi the other. the shrimp was better than the mahi. nothing fancy or special about the bar. just that is open air and on the beach.greatview. had good service here.

the view isgreatand the food is good.. this is one of the two places i always bring visitors and guests. the view of the beach and the gulf of mexico is wonderful, and is the best part of this restaurant.

the food is good, but there is nothing special about it. i've never been disappointed in the food, but without the view it is just another restaurant.

the salad bar is always fresh, but small.

service is always good.
