worst customer service of any pizza restaurant i've ever dealt with. i order the special #2 from them. i ask to pay extra for the pizzas to be upgraded to a large. paying an extra 4$ a pizza which is rather high but i had had their pizza before and liked it so i was willing to pay it. asked for delivery and theytoldme it would be 45 minutes. the buzzer for my apartment rings and i buzz in the drive and it doesn't work. he calls again and starts yelling at me to let him in. i try again and he yells at me to say he finally got in. once he comes to the door he takes my pizza out of the bag and it's two mediums. i tell him thats not what i ordered. he calls his boss who tells me they'll just take off the extra 4$ per pizza they said they'd charge. here i'm thinking excuse me? you won't charge me the extra for the pizza you didn't send me and you mess up my order and expect me to be ok with just taking the pizzas. after speaking with the manager itoldher i wanted what i ordered and shetoldme i'd have to wait at least 45 minutes to an hour. i'm sorry, but if you mess up a customers order you should make them a priority and ensure the correct order is sent out right away. she tells me that she'll send me a free large pizza but i'll have to wait over an hour to get it. so half of my party will get to eat but the other half will have to wait the hour for the extra pizza to come. either that or no one eats and we wait another hour for new pizza to come which would probably be made in an unsanitary way just to get back at us for having them remake it. honestly don't go here. deal with dhut or dplus. they're great and you get better pizza for a lower price.
