beyond rude. costomer service is terrible at this place. i called in to order for delivery. not only was she rude about taking my order and wasnt even paying attention but she also called us after 40 mins of us waiting to bitch at us for not picking up our food. which is odd because i asked for it to be delivered. she even got another person on the phone to yell at us for making them make the food we werent going to pick up. i wanted it delivered!!! not only that but they were overcharging us with our order. comparing my order with the flyer special i had asked her about it but she said they had no specials. funny bc my gf told me to order here and she just got that exact "special" and had paid a lot less. maybe bc she spoke in their language. last time i will be ordering anything from this place.

good quality pizza at very reasonable prices. i always prefer to support independent businesses as opposed to the franchises and this little pizza joint fits the bill. fast, good prices and very good pizza. the area is a bit ghetto though; probably why they can keep their prizes lower than most.

this pizza was the best thing that i have ever tried i hope to come again soon! the pizza was fresh and wonderful!

their crust is amazing!!!! mmm!!! indian food is okay. can’t complain. my go to pizza joint. they’re usually ready when they say it will be. oh the chana batura (chick pea curry with friend bread) is my fav indian dish here

what can i say except that there is nothing to improve here, except the wish that they were never closed. their pizza is perfectly cooked, evenly covered with quality toppings and it isn’t oily like other places. the staff are friendly and easy to talk to and the location is very well looked after.

we tried this place a few years ago. i couldn’t remember if we liked it. we ordered tonight and we thought they were good. we ordered the meat lovers. it tasted good. it tasted better then most places i ordered from. i rather support a local business vs a chain.

pizza is great. they have awesome materials and awesome tools. they however have terrible management.. the staff often has no idea the prices without having to frequently check a notebook(?) even on basic pizza requests? times listed to open the establishment are mere suggestions to them.. they will show up on opening time and open an hour later.. the customer service is among the worst, their phone skills and information is often incomplete and needs the customer to request before they remember that information might be needed.. like the time for delivery or pickup...       all around a great location with good pizza and decent prices only held back by poor management or a lack there of and poor customer service.

worst customer service of any pizza restaurant i've ever dealt with. i order the special #2 from them. i ask to pay extra for the pizzas to be upgraded to a large. paying an extra 4$ a pizza which is rather high but i had had their pizza before and liked it so i was willing to pay it. asked for delivery and they told me it would be 45 minutes. the buzzer for my apartment rings and i buzz in the drive and it doesn't work. he calls again and starts yelling at me to let him in. i try again and he yells at me to say he finally got in. once he comes to the door he takes my pizza out of the bag and it's two mediums. i tell him thats not what i ordered. he calls his boss who tells me they'll just take off the extra 4$ per pizza they said they'd charge. here i'm thinking excuse me? you won't charge me the extra for the pizza you didn't send me and you mess up my order and expect me to be ok with just taking the pizzas. after speaking with the manager i told her i wanted what i ordered and she told me i'd have to wait at least 45 minutes to an hour. i'm sorry, but if you mess up a customers order you should make them a priority and ensure the correct order is sent out right away. she tells me that she'll send me a free large pizza but i'll have to wait over an hour to get it. so half of my party will get to eat but the other half will have to wait the hour for the extra pizza to come. either that or no one eats and we wait another hour for new pizza to come which would probably be made in an unsanitary way just to get back at us for having them remake it. honestly don't go here. deal with dhut or dplus. they're great and you get better pizza for a lower price.

stick to the pizza!. just ordered butter chicken and a medium pizza. horriable butter chicken (my wife and i washed a piece to confirm it was chicken. it was chicken but very poor quality). pizza was good but beware of the rest.

favorite punjabi pizza ever. to make it punjabi style i ask gor garlic, ginger, cilantro and med hot. have tried a few other punjabi joints but this one is more fresh, and works for me. i drive 7km to get their pizza, and i have a few restaurants within walking distane from my home.

the pizzas are great! good deals like little ceasers but waay better quality! fed me and my bf for $12! can't go wrong! i've definatly have had worse!

good value. we order fairly often from guildford pizza and we find it to be good value for the money spent compared to the big chains. the pizzas aren't gourmet but i've had a lot worse for more money and the kids really enjoy them. we've tried a couple of other dishes and they were also good. we typically pick up so i can't comment on their delivery service, but their in-house service has been fine. must run - pizzas are almost ready!

they don't use pork. they use turkey on the pizza's that are meant to have pork (hawaiian and the like) because they are muslim. i would have liked to have been previously warned about this because i paid for something and did not receive it.

besides that their cheesy bread pizza is quite good. i just think it is stupid that they don't tell people it's turkey.
