hidden treasure for sandwiches. hungry for asandwichor sub? this is the place. not at all fancy but good quality and large quantity sets the grove market and deli above the rest.

what a superb littlesandwichshop and grocery. if you like big, hearty sandwiches, this is the place to head to. i ordered a blt and it was outstanding! lot's fresh lettuce, tomato and bacon, bacon, bacon. a halfsandwichis more than enough for any appetite. it issandwichshops like this place that put those "franchise" shops to shame.

cmon slc!!! hold yourselves to a higher standard when it comes to food. thissandwichwas as bland as it gets. the quality of the products in thesandwichwere very basic no higher quality than what you would get from the lower level shelf at any grocery store. no uniqueness or creativity when it comes to the sandwiches just a ton of processed meat and cheeses with mayo and mustard. wow! never thought of that before! the quality of the turkey was disgusting, thick slices of processed meat. can anyone help me find a real delisandwichis this town? you know who liked the sandwich? my trashcan

oh how wonderful. i was going down main street and i saw a lot of people seating at these picnic tables at this cute market so i stopped and im very glad i did i had the bestsandwichi have ever had bar none, oh my i had to take most of it home 1/3 was to much. a must try. its my new place no one and i mean no one can come close to this wonderful find and i have ate at them all. congrat grove you are the best in america yes you are..

awesome deli!. i just moved to the corner of grove street and grand street and this deli is my new go-to place to get sandwiches. they have by far the best sandwiches that i've had since moving to jersey city around 3 years ago. the employees are nice and quick and the price is very reasonable. it normally costs around $7 for asandwichand they havesandwichspecials everyday that will run you $4.99 for a hugesandwichwith fresh ingredients.

5 stars, no doubt about it. i go there 3-4 times a week and have never been disappointed.

****also - this place is open 24/7 so that is a huge point. if you want a late nightsandwichand any munchies imaginable then go here! *****

i have been going there for years. if you want the largestsandwichand something to talk about in the office or at the job site walkin with 1 of their sandwiches you will not be disappointed i also recommend grinders 13 just around the corner for hot sandwiches. both have great service with a smile and high quality ingredients. i am not exaggerating groves makes asandwichon a full loaf of french bread with approximately 6 inches thick of meat and cheese and condiments including avocado

well that didn't taste so good. my first impression on thesandwichwas "wow this thing is big, can't wait to taste it!" that soon ended when i started eating it. it was so messy due to the thick layer of mayo, thesandwichkept sliding off of the bread.

the taste of thesandwich"eh" i would have rather go to harmon's and buy their bigsandwichfor cheaper.

a salt lake tradition. these same people have owned this market since 1947
wow!! the deli has been going on for over 30 years. it is till as good now as the first day, very nice people jim and patsy savas owners. there son matt and daughter gena work there and are great to. they are the best sandwiches any place. you must try it you will love it.

veryvery clean and fresh. i walked through the door and was first set back in time,
this spotless little market stocked to the brim with things i
had not seen since my childhood. and the hot sauce's they carry it's amazing.then to the back a deli sets,well
i was so excited to get mine. i ate the bestsandwichi have ever tasted. i had the deluxe it was perfect, enough for me and my 3 girls and still took some home to dad.thank you grove

i don't get it.... i've eaten there a few times and have yet to understand the rave reviews. everysandwichi have ordered from here is slathered in mayonaise, the tomatoes weren't very ripe and (gulp) they used processed cheese singles (why, oh why?).

be ready forsandwichfor 2. their amazing. they get so busy but so worth the wait. their subs are unequalled by any place in utah that i know of. great selections, the seafood is a must try!!

be ready for a huge sub, you can not most times get your mouth around the whole thing... they are awesome!!

a grovesandwichcan easily feed two starving people, making this one of the most affordable meals in salt lake. the sandwiches are stacked deep with meat, and topped perfectly with veggies and condiments. seriously, the sandwiches are huge & worth every cent.
