my big fast greek...lunch.. i don't know of anyplacein the city that you can get greek food in this fashion (fast foodish with restaurant quality). i got the falafel pita, which was decent, but the eggplant fries that i got as a side were aawwwssooome. i'll be back for more.

thisplaceis always crowded and has an usual wait time. had heard great things about this place, i tasted the veg gyro and it was really good, they also had a good spread of desserts.

thisplaceis one of the most authentic greek places in the us! had the mixed grill and chick pea soup. both were superb along with the variety meze plate. highly recommend this place!

thisplaceis amazing! the gyro is the best in town. however, order the chicago style lamb gyro, not the house made lamb gyro. the fries are good, and the service is friendly. a greatplaceto grab a late bite with some friends.

best gyro ever. growing up in nyc, i had no shortage of the typical greek diners to grab a quick gyro. almost all were at the very least good, maybe a couple "meh" ones here and there. i feel it's safe to say that greek on cary has the single best lamb and beef gyro i've ever eaten. stuffed with plenty of tender meat, with great house-made tzatziki sauce, on a fresh and delicious pita bread for a more than fair price. fries were fantastic. service was friendly and quick, and the owner was a pleasure to speak with.

thisplacefeels like home. can't wait to return.

good food, good portions, good service. they give you a warmed flatbread with tzatiki sauce to start. the combination of the two, as many are familiar with for greek food, is light and perfect as a sample to what theplaceoffers. the service was fast and the waitress was polite. i ordered a mega gyro - the meat was tender and the portion was a good size, especially for the price. the atmosphere is nice and the restaurant was clean. i'm definitely coming back any time i have a craving for greek.

great gyros. i can always count on basilis to put out a great gyro. they are always hot and filled with a generous serving of meat and toppings. the folks who work here are very friendly. the dining area is always clean and organized. a greatplacefor a quick lunch.

thisplaceis authentic and the best greek food i've ever had. it's smaller so don't bring a huge party. it's perfect for smaller groups and families. you also have the option to get different meats in your gyro. highly recommend!!!

thisplaceis awesome and the best greek food in richmond. very good lamb gyro and solid portions and prices. the eggplant fries were wonderful. finally, the tzatziki is the best i've had in a restaurant. my dad makes a mean tzatziki, but this places makes a comparable house made one too. this is a new favorite.

great food. easily the best gyro i've had in richmond. i would prefer the feta chese were not an extra cost option but the servings were good and price allowed for the additional charge. theplaceis not set up well for groups of more than two but the friendly service and well prepared food makes this theplaceto eat if you have to stand in the corner.
