i often visitudaipurfor my works. recently i went to this place with my family for their famous thal. the food was really awesome with tremendous variety. the ambience was of proper rajasthan style.

one of the good thali restaurants inudaipurfor relishing gujarati/rajasthani food. the place is open from 11am to 11pm and serves more or less the same menu, slight changes being accorded by season. the number of items on the thali menu is too much though. was highly impressed by the taste n service when i first visited this place last year. however, found the same a bit degraded on my recent visit last week.

this place ambience is very good and most importantly the food was very delicious and the service is pretty fast and i think price was a bit high and it is easy to locate as it is nearudaipurrailway station. i loved the thali very much and i surely recommend this place when you are in udaipur.

i was at gordhan thal,udaipura couple of weeks ago! their unlimited thali scheme meant a lot of food was put into our plate within the blink of an eye! all 4 in the family decided to pack the laddoo (1 each) from our plate and distribute it to the street kids outside! there were only 4 laddoos which were part of our plates and we had already paid for them but the rude management at this branch didn't let us take out the laddoos, especially when we paid for them and was part of our plates! they very rudely said that they'll throw it away but will not let it take outside! when i had the bahubali thali in pune, they humbly obliged to pack the leftover sabzis in tiny boxes thus ensuring there is no food wastage! not just india, there are many parts of the world that are grappling with food shortage and climate change is worsening and many kids and adults across the globe go to sleep with an empty stomach and given the attitude of the people at gordhan thal, i can only curse them that they shut down soon!

best food. went toudaipurand saw the place on zomato. directly walk-in it had some 10 min waiting time. food was amazing should gondh paak and basundi. costs rs 250/ person. there are hell lot of things to eat. ambience was good. i would say everything was good except for a little slow service and the lights were very dim, may be a concept, but i didn't like it. all over it was a good experience.

this massive unlimited thali that i had in @gordhanthal inudaipuris a must have. it is among the best places to satisfy your marwadi food cravings. it has something for everyone. from dal baati churma to hot ghee loaded fulke, a variety of vegetables and sweets. the menu keeps changing everyday.
its priced at rs.270 which is quite a deal for an unlimited serving.

visited this place on my bday with family . delicious food a combination of both gujrathi and rajasthani delicacies.nice ambience a must visit atudaipur.

what a place it is ! its just awesome the ambience and the staff is just so good over here . loced it and if you are inudaipurthen definitely you have to visit this place for sure

had been toudaipurfor 3 days... the day i landed toudaipuri wanted to had dal bati.. after asking the hotel staff got to know about this hotel.. took out time from my schedule and went here on the last day of my stay at 10.30pm.. the resturant was almost empty. then also the staff welcomed use with a smile.. and served us dinner...
the dal bati was really tasty... with lots of ghee in it..

they serve delicious food. specially loved dal bati. there menu changes every day. service can be quicker..would highly recommend instead of natraj to anyone visiting udaipur.

awesome preparation and delicious food....the staff was cordial and excellent host. i was a traveller inudaipurand would recommend a visit to this place. it is on the railway station road. it is open even in odd afternoon hours.

after reachingudaipuri was searching for a good tummy filling place with also good ambience and peaceful to enjoy their traditional cuisine and this place proved it right. there are many around but waiting and noise makes you frustrated. food quality was really good and right on marks.
