my favorite place in chester. romantic, cozy, lovely, warm. food is always great. service can be off sometimes, not bad just not perfect. bar is fabulous place for a drink or toeatas well. love this place!!

located next to cemetary, not by chance!. we have gone to this restaurant four times in last 5 months. each time trying to find something on the menu that we would like, that is predictable and of a portion that you caneatand enjoy. it is like the chef is playing with you. we had a 3 scallops with 15 peas and no cauliflower puree for $23. ice cream and cake $10 was only a tablespoon of goo! we keep going back thinking that owners will finally come to their sences and make something predictable and enjoyable.

it is an appetizer only restaurant. i would suggest youeatbefore you go there. maybe if you have a half dozen of their $13 appetizers you can get filled up. it is very noisey, so if you want to sweet talk your date - forget it. the fire marshal should take a look at the place too. they have one marked fire exit, and it has a big table in front of it.
