personally do not recommend here for a yum cha session. i do not think the dishes are worth it, thedumplingswere too soggy and moist.
i was hoping that the crescentdumplingswould be the best dish but it turns out it wasn't the best. thedumplingswas only served in 2 but the picture was shown 3.. also it was stale, very hard to chew on.

overall, i would not come here again and would not recommend the dishes at this place.

you’ll have noticed that twosheds has been spending quite a bit of time in geelong recently. it’s turning into a serious food city down here: reference our recent review of bistrot plume. to follow up, after a busy day, we had a 3pm yum cha at the golden dragon chinese restaurant located in the geelong cbd. what a delight! the kitchen was technically shut when we arrived, but the lovely staff were happy to keep it open for us. we lunched on the classics: ginger prawn dumplings, shark fin and scallopdumplingsand vegetarian spring rolls cooked to crispy perfection. when twosheds’ eyes were bigger than what could be eaten, our lovely attentive staff member happily converted remaining food to take away. the surroundings here are fantastic too. located in an old gold rush bank building. recommended. 4.0

did we just come on a bad day?  upon being seated, i had high hopes for a yum cha lunch which would mainly comprise of dumplings.  we also chose from the menu. (dumplings) sadly, not much was being made today. i had a few that were just ok.  in the end we waited a 40 mins for our ordereddumplingsbut i had to ask where were they?  they were not good today was their reply.. i thought so too.

the service was a bit slow, but the food was mostly, porkdumplingswere a bit weird though. one of the vegetariandumplingshad some gross pork stuff in it
