ambiance andservicehere are decent. many other items i wanted to try were unavailable though.

the food was average. the veggies lacked freshness. the presentation wasn't that great. we had ordered kimchi kimbap (decent, lacked freshness), cheese tteokboki (decent, no cheese, tasted like it was kept in the fridge for a few days) and korean coffee (that came in a big glass that was half empty), it was 300 rupees. i don't even know what to say after that.
theservicewas lacking. nobody was around the tables, but when they were around, they were nice.
the worst part is the music and ambience.
there are 2 music systems and both of them played separate songs, and both in the same room.
the room we ate at, had a few tables with chairs covered in satin cloth and just some k pop celebrity pictures staring down at you while you eat. idk man. i really wanted some korean food experience and looks like this place knows that it's a monopoly and clearly cuts back on taste, service, quality, ambience, quantity at the expense of the customers wallets.

we visited this place over the weekend for lunch. we were tasting korean cuisine for the first time and went with high expectations. the ambience and theservicewas a let down but the food was tasty. from the appetizer we had dakgangjeong as mentioned it was spicy and the sauce was unique in a positive way. mild chicken kimbap, a korean version of japanese sushi was tasty. kimchi jeon(pancake) was average as we couldn't get the taste of kimchi, which is an integral part of the korean cuisine, so expectations were high. chicken dopbap and chicken katsu platter from the rice bowl section of the menu was to our liking though we preferred the former a tad bit more than the latter. overall we enjoyed the cuisine though the experience could have been better.

go gu ryeo, this is the only authentic korean restaurant in the locality. the place is very new, it's still under construction for outdoor seating. this is located near iron hill cafe in hi-tech city. as the place is not yet completely constructed, it will be too early to judge ambience. but for now, it has got pretty decent ambience with k-pop wallposters everywhere.

coming to food, the menu has got wide variety of korean dishes. so first, we ordered mild chicken kimbap. this is cooked chicken and rice rolled in seaweed. this is similar to sushi, but the sides are different. it was served with black beans in honey jaggery soy syrup, tofu kimchi, eggs and baby potatoes with sesame seeds and honey soy syrup. kimbap is a must try here, its so tasty, including the sides.
next up, we had rice cakes with dumplings. they said, this is a very famous street food in south korea. the rice cakes are sticky and sweet, in a sticky sauce which is sweet and spicy. dumplings had a sea food essence, with a different taste from regular chinese dumplings. overall this was good, but i guess we can't eat a lot of it. it's best to order one for 3-4 people.
then, we had jjampong. this is korean noodles in red soup, with sea food. they added octopus, prawns and crabs with veggies. noodles were soft and thick, tasted good in the soup. i'm not a great fan of sea food, so i couldn't eat a lot of this. but this is a must try for sea food lovers, it has got a great sea food essence and odour.

special mention to the woman(i don't know her name, but i guess she owns the place), she was very sweet, though she can't speak english, she tried to communicate with such a smile. the hospitality was great,servicewas very fast.

however, i must bring to your notice certain “slip-ups” which may potentially become a cause of concern.

the food, as always, was exceptional. i dare say it is the best korean food in this city. theservicewas disappointing. i shall elaborate as follows:

- the time taken toserviceour table was much longer than usual. it took us three attempts to ask them to get our bill ! total foodservicetime was 2 hours! we were simply waiting!!!

- we were served a dish that we didn’t order at all and charged for it ! in fact we checked with the person who served as well and the captain who managed the area should definitely have checked with us and repeated our order in our presence (i suggest you start this practice amongst the staff)
we were charged a huge amount for the added item!

- the attitude of the staff servicing was extremely laid back. i had to personally go and tell repeatedly that we needed water and extra cutlery

- i called and made a reservation much in advance yet the area in which we were seated was not serviced well and instead another area was lavishly served. the reasoning provided that it was a bigger group was flimsy. why would you direct all your staff toserviceone table???


- finally, the snap for us was that we found hair in the bibimbap!! that was it!

please pay attention to this feedback madam. errors like these can potentially lose you loyal customers.

we are extremely disappointed and do not wish to return to this place which was once one of our favourites!

it was raining and the host had helped us with umbrellas which was a start to a positive experience.
well lit place with lots of k-pop and k-drama posters! you’ll mainly find bts tho! straight out the host who was a korean lady was super sweet and warm. she helped us choose our order and explained what each item was before we could decide.
the food was served quickly. we tried kimbap; samgyeopsal & tteok-bokki. the tteok-bokki was the best from these three, wasnt hard or chewy. the kimbap was kind of sour and wasn’t my favorite. pork was good. overall the food was a hit or miss but definitely something we can all try once for an experience. theservicehowever was mind blowing. she was so sweet and warm and helped us through our. you should definitely check the place out!

one suggestion would be for them to get a board (maybe a neon board) outside their white wall entrance as finding the place is kind of a task. :)

best korean food i have had in hyderabad so far. i have ordered something that was not there on the menu that turned out to be perfect. theservicewas very good and staff were kind and helpful.

i have been on a korean place in hyd since years. i knew about this place but never visited them and once i knew i could order, i was more than happy. the food is practically perfect. it’s as authentic as it gets. i was only disappointed with bibimbap as i was only used to the sautéed veggies and here they gave fresh once. apart from thst i loved everything i ate. my absolute favourite was jamppong with rice.

theserviceis as good as it gets. the guy is extremely friendly and helpful. once i ordered and they forgot to send one item and the next time i ordered i got quite a treat. that’s on my birthday, which they didn’t know but still. i really love them. if they were not so expensive i would have been their regular. more than now. if you want to try korean food then you should definitely give them a try.
