i ordered a gyro w/ grilled seasoned potatoes & a pepperonipizzaand it was all outstanding!! we definitely will be back!! *excellent location, too!

great pizza. my first visit to this place and i am impressed. my wife and i passed by and from the charm we were automatically hungry for new york style pizza. we parked and when we went in didn't realize that it was exactly closing time. however the owner said no problem have a seat. he took our order and probably 3 minutes after we had sat down he told the next customer that he was closing and could only serve him something simple as the cook's have finished for the evening. the gentleman left at which time the owner shared small talk awaiting the pizza. he assured me thepizzawas not like you get at the commercialpizzaplaces. he was right on the money with his statement, it was one of the best pizzas i have eaten. i would highly recommend this place for pizza, i'm going back to try other items on the menu. as far as the owners being rude. i didn't see that at all. in fact i saw the opposite. it could be that sometimes rude customers get what they dish out and they don't like it. everyone has a bad day, and i wasn't there and their are 4 sides to every story... yours, mine, the truth and speculation. i give them 2 two thumbs up, and 5 stars.

the food is excellent and the owners and the staff are very customer friendly. highly recommend! excellentpizzaand make sure you try the calzone. wings are awesome too!

the bestpizzaand cannoli i have ever had. the atmosphere is great and very comfortable. the place is clean the service is fantastic. we will be back. guaranteed.

worstpizzaplace ever. so i went to go pick up dinner and when i got home i noticed that thepizzawasn't the right size my wife called and the lady that owns this place was more than extremely rude wouldn't let my wife finish a sentence and hung up on her twice. i promise that my wife was way more polite than she should have been. first time trying this place and definitely the last. save yourself the hassle and order papa johns. they deliver and theirpizzais way cheaper and way better

worst customer service ever.. placed an order for pick up.. ordered an xlpizza.. my husband brings it home and it's a small.. i call them and the owner tells me she's too busy and hangs up on me .. i wasn't rude.. i didn't raise my voice so i sure as hell don't deserve to be treated like that.. it was my first and last time i will ever order from there. that owner (she was a female) should be ashamed of how she treated a new customer!

have tried the gyro, spaghetti, andpizza- all worthy of my time and money.. i try to spend my $$ on local food, coffee, ice cream, etc. giovanna's restaurant is completely no-nonsense. you come in, are seated, given menus, napkins, and utensils. after you make a choice, you go up to the counter, and order. simple. prices are not high, nor should they be considering he cuts his overhead by not having servers. some of the foods are items are not readily available around columbus. some german fare, greek, and italian.
all i have had is pleasantly served and tasty. shop and dine local.

wonderful!. took two of my son's there tonight to try it out and attend their comedy/music nite! the owners were so sweet and attentive. they make you feel like family. the music was amazing! nadine coker will blow your socks off! the other two acts-daniel windsor (pre-show pianist)

were pretty unique and awesome as well! all, very talented.
thepizzais the best i have had in this area (columbus/phenix city)! over all, a lovely evening and we have a new favorite spot! everything was reasonably priced and the setting was comfy cozy! check it out!

delish!. i got the personal sausagepizza(10") there and split it with a friend. wonderful.
they used to have falafel gyros and they were my favorite! and the only place in town you can get falafel, but they don't make them anymore because it's not cost efficient :( but everything i've ever had was great.
