bad food, bad service. ordered a specialty pizza & received the wrong pizza even after the guy repeated the order to me. called gino's back & they offered to remake the pizza. i offered to give the order to him again & he told me he had it. drove all the way back there only to receive a 2nd pizza still made incorrectly. first and lasttimeeating there.

the most evil delivery service. i really loved and enjoyed the pizza here but the services and the delivery is real bad. after a couple of delivery waiting 40min to 1hr. i decided tried again with them. the lasttimebefore today i had to wait for 1hr and 15 min. i tried to understand that was weekend night but today at lunchtimei waited 1hr and 40min...it's ridiculous!!! the pizza arrived very cold and the chicken wings burn. the service by phone and delivery everytimeis more bad. no waste your money.

dont waste your money !we use to only order pizza from here because it use to be the best, but now every singletimewe order from there they take a lot longer then said to make the food and they always mess up my order everytime!!! not to mention the prices went dramically higher and the quality stayed the same and so has the mess ups. i will never order from here again ! don't waste your money !!

horrible! - ordered a pizza by phone from the 1479 general booth blvd gino's. . i ordered a simple one topping 18". she told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. i arrived right ontimeand paid. the girl told me my pizza was in the oven and would be right up. i waited several more minutes and checked on it again and was told it was in the oven. at about the 1 hour point i got up and stood by the counter. the chef looked in the oven and told me it would be right up. just when i was going to sit down i noticed the delivery boy come back in with two pizza's. he had left 20 minutes prior. i remember because he was a blonde shaggy haired teen and stuck out. i saw him talking to the chef and brought one of the boxes up to the counter and told me it was mine. they didn't think i saw what they were doing and i asked the lady about my pizza going out with the delivery boy. she said it had only been out five minutes. i felt the box and it was cold. i couldn't believe she wanted me to take it. i asked her onetimefor my money back and she said they could make another pizza. i told her no i didn't want to wait and i wanted my money back. i think she saw the other customers around who had witnessed this and didn't want a scene so she gave my money back. a couple of other things i noticed about the store was that it smelled. not a good resturant smell more a an oder of mold. they also had a trash can by the front door that stunk really bad when you went by it. no way am i going back. the prices may seem cheap but i guess you get what you pay for.
