simply unique !!. best appetizer, pasta and brick oven pizza ever!!
even when it is crowd, usually on the rush hours, the atmosphere is still welcoming and friendly as well as the service, and very important easy-going with noisy and messy kids.
about the food i usually get the owner’s suggestion and you can feel he does the best to make you a happy customer and for this at the end of the dinner i leave pleased; i really appreciate this way to be treated and they have for sure earned my business.
my favorite is the "seafood pasta" but it is not only the eating it is also the place where we enjoy gathering and spend the night with friends.
i am an old habitué and the owner makes me feel part of the family.
definitely i love it.

bad food, bad service. ordered a specialty pizza & received the wrong pizza even after the guy repeated the order to me. called gino's back & they offered to remake the pizza. i offered to give the order to him again & he told me he had it. drove all the way back there only to receive a 2nd pizza still made incorrectly. first and last time eating there.

ginos virginia beach. the food was awesome and more than expected ... order small if you are not a bigger eater because boxes we needed but its great will make another meal tomorrow and garlic knots are free and filling . you hav eto try the fryed mushrooms !!!!

yes 5 stars. 1 thing i would ask for is draft beer. they only have bottled beer. overlook it, the food is amazing, authentic, and just damn good. my wife had a real stromboli and i had pizza with hand cut sausage. every piece of sausage was cut different. pizza place in vabeach... check

good pizza...but frozen appetizers. being from nj, i've always thought ginos had pretty good pie...and they do. however, with an italian owner, i expect a little more. the fried shrimp that i ordered were obviously generic frozen ones with that familiar breading that is on everything commercial. also, the fried ravioli were not homemade. both of these items could be made fresh and be much better.

the owner was also on his phone listening to a ludacris song "move bitch get out the way" with no consideration that his guests were right next to him. unacceptable. get your act together!

eating at gino's pizzeria is a spiritual experience. the garlic knots and pizza are the stuff of legends.

best "italian" pizzeria in town. my wife and i are regular customers there and have never (ever) been disappointed with the food. the service is slower than a "fast food joint" but if you have realistic expectations and keep in mind they are making fresh food from scratch and cooking it to order back there, you'll see, it is well worth the wait. we'll be back for more, give it a try! the meat lovers pizza is outstanding! they have expanded and grown over the past couple of years, but if they move to a new location, we will be following them! hope they have better parking.

third best pizza in va bch. been eating here for 15 years and have never had a bad meal. n.y. style pizza at its finest. must amend my initial review; ate there yesterday and was very dissatisfied. server was challenged, pointed out how our order was messed up and she basically blamed us, then ignored our table for the rest of our stay. no manager and the old man was nowhere on the premises. appears to be heading south fast judging from other comments and friends comments. sad.

service is absolutely the worst the owners need to clean house from the clueless girls on the phone to the even worse waitstaff and delivery order a sub and a freaking paper plate inside i was furious they don't even have a manager on duty if you order anything order pizza and pick it up that's about all the can handle and that's a 40min process on its own pizza hut has better service this place down right sucks!!!!!

humme3981. have ordered from here for a while. always good, but the phone service, delivery time, and food quality drop when you go with delivery. if you are going to eat here, go get it yourself and make sure all your order is right before you leave.

these chicken wings are unbelievably great and i am from new york...do i need to say anymore? i have been searching high and low for some ny style hot & saucy extra crispy wings with no luck until another pizzeria recommended gino's pizzeria by maurizio!!!

great food. we have started eating here from a friend's recommendation.
all the food is very tasty, plentyful and hot. the complimentary garlic knots
are super. you can expect a wait when they are busy because all the food
is made to order. when it arrives it is well worth the wait. do not go during busy times if you are in a hurry. be sure to try it when you can totally savor the fine italian menu.

the most evil delivery service. i really loved and enjoyed the pizza here but the services and the delivery is real bad. after a couple of delivery waiting 40min to 1hr. i decided tried again with them. the last time before today i had to wait for 1hr and 15 min. i tried to understand that was weekend night but today at lunch time i waited 1hr and 40min...it's ridiculous!!! the pizza arrived very cold and the chicken wings burn. the service by phone and delivery every time is more bad. no waste your money.

gino's costumer service is awful, both dining in and especially delivery. order over 2 hrs late be no clue why?!?! pizza is ok, only better than chain restaurants.
