ginger's cafe

good hometown place. service and food is alwaysgoodand fast. price wise is good. you really can't go wrong with ginger's i am a breakfast kat and have never had an issue here. i have been here several several times.goodfoodgoodprices n'ff said!

i love places like ginger's. they're local. they're cozy. they're kitschy and they're putting out some prettygoodfood. though there were a few problems here or there i definitely plan on going back and you should go try it out too

b's & g's. my wife and i made it into ginger's yesterday for the first time for breakfast. the outside looked like a bland strip mall, but the inside was surprisingly cheerful and inviting. i've been in a biscuits and gravy mood lately, so i decided to go with the bs & gs, which comes with hash browns. the hash brown were ok although a bit under-seasoned and missing the crispness that is the hallmark of really expertly-made hash brown.

the biscuits and gravy were better. the gravy was smooth and creamy with plenty of hunks of sausage cooked in. it was also seasoned nicely and was thick enough that agoodamount would cling to the biscuits. i think a more flavorful sausage could have made the gravy even better, but overall agoodversion.

this place is not good. the pancakes were ok but the bottles of microwaved hungry jack syrup they are served with is not good. the corned beef hash seemed like diced potatoes served with corned beef baby food... it was gross. this would be agoodbreakfast spot in lapel, markleville or arcadia but there are too many othergoodspots nearby. nice people andgoodservice though.
