yuck. i can honestly call myself a connoisseur ofitalianfood after living in new york city for 3 years. i was really excited to hear there was a fineitalianrestaurant in monroe, run by anitalianfamily. wrong! their food is so generic. i think the lasagna came from frozen stouffer's; the sauce it was smothered in tastes like campbell's tomato soup, seasonless. there are numerous complaints i could make about management, which was consistently under-qualified the three times i gave the place a chance. this is simply a family-run business with some kind of voodoo magic over the people of monroe, tricking this cliquish society that this is good food. so disappointing. and did i mention: completely over-priced for this freezer food fiasco.
